This was by far the easiest and best way to send my Christmas presents. There are so many options for gift cards or direct deposit. It takes all the worry out of snail mail, or delays in shipping, or low inventory. It make giving and receiving gifts so easy and fun!

I was unaware of GiftRocket until I received a gift from a friend. I liked the idea that I could spend the gift at a local mom & pop to support smaller businesses, or at a larger, recognizable chain store, or simply convert to cash to perhaps do both. I found it easy to accept the gift, and enjoyed the ability to get a message from, and leave a thank you to, my giver. It was a positive experience for me overall.

I received a Christmas gift from GiftRocket. It's really cool. I was thrilled at the options you can redeem - between many gift cards or redeeming to your bank account. It's awesome how you can let the recipient decide how they want to use it. You can also easily track your redemption status. I would definitely recommend this to everyone!
I bought this as an xmas card for my son and to help local business during the pandemic. The $30 PLUS $3.50 fee went out of my account but I never the received the receipt I was told I would be emailed. I contacted their customer support. 3 days and no answer. I subsequently checked the reviews, as I should have done beforehand and saw there was possibly a bait-and-switch scam behind giftrocket, in that recipient might go to redeem the "gift card" at a local store/restaurant only to find they are given an alternative like Walmart instead. If that's so, then it's false advertising, or at least super-misleading. Beware.
I got a gift from someone and I was pleasantly surprised to see the many choices you could get between the many gift cards or just taking the cash. Gives A lot of choices. It's better to let the person receiving decide what they want and that is what gift rocket does.
This company sold my friend a gift card to Old Town Nails, Chicago, IL that is NOT any good.

I received a gift through GiftRocket and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I was able to accept my gift easily and there were many options to choose from to receive it. I definitely would recommend this service to others.
I own a restaurant and never sell our giftcard or certificate on any website. Giftrocket didn't contact or sign any endorsement With us but still charge customers. This is unacceptable! Not only left customers with confusion and awkwardness And make the merchant really hard to explain. Gift card said Not valid for store credit, only redeem online. This is so lame and fake!
