Kudos for aftersale

I ordered a camera from them. I chose a package with extra windshield mount but it did not came in the package. I talked with them and then they sent a new cup. That was unexpected. And i must say i'm impressed.

Overall mixed experience

The electric byke that I purchased fully corresponded to the one advertised. Too bad the front tyre was flat and the tube had to be replaced. Not a big deal, but nevertheless unpleasant. I was also somewhat dissatisfied with the delivery time which was significantly longer than expected and advertised. In addition I have not succeeded so far to obtain a decent customer invoice mentioning the Euro amount that I paid and the applicable VAT.
I am not sure whether I will buy from this website again.

Went for the new Xiaomi Mi6, and a couple other things, got a notification from one of the CS guys, Grace that one of the items was out of stock, found some other and refunded promptly. Was informed during the wait and as soon as the goods arrived and got out, shipped on a Friday, across the oceans and in my hands half around the world on Monday, you just cant beat that. The phone is fantastic, services super good! Just cant complaint! Will definitely do it again!

If I can give a zero star I would! The product is not new, it has been used or refurbished! Can even see the dirty marks on the screen. The pictures show how it came as a post and the dirty marks! Even the paper pack is creased! Just cheap and nasty

Thanks to the Bank of the West I have a complete refund. No thanks to Geekbuying.com who does not return emails or offer refunds or honor warranties. Save yourself some grief, Don't do business with Geekbuying.com. If you do, go through your bank, not PayPal who was no help at all.

Ordered a Jumper T8 RC transmitter from Geekbuying for $70.00. It worked for 20 minutes then the screen froze. It is used for simulators on a computer and flying quadcopters. They list controllers as being under warranty but say that this one is not included. I sent 6 emails and only received the denial of warranty. PayPal couldn't get a response and told me I could have the money back if I returned it. It cost $56.00 to return it to China.

Geekbuying is a scam. They don't respond to customer emails.
They are doing disgusting templates copy paste for customer complaints. Also, they are interfering on the product review, allowing only 5 star and good reviews on product page. On other ******* I gave 1 star and they stopped it appearing on the product review page. Their live chat did not work. I opened a dispute on PayPal 30-Oct-17(case id: PP-006-204-487-213 and Transaction ID: 32T*******NP*******S). They didn't bother to reply to it till the date so irresponsible. They got a team to close the true nature and failures of geekbuying on social media.
I feel their success ratio is 30%. The rest 70% they are lying.
If you have enough money and time to waste on them you are free t buy from the geekbuying team. Remember, just to save few bugs, don't choose mental agony.

I ordered a smart phone from geek buying first they told me that it will be shipped in 2-7 days.
They shipped on 11-08-2017 but even after a week there is no tracking information available anywhere.
They promised me tracking information update in 48 to 72 hours but even after a week nothing.
I would never buy from geek buying again and won't let any of my friends buy from them

Deceptive and helpless
February 11, 2017

Ive never been this pissed off online shopping website in my life.
First of all, i dont even like giving a single star to them since i did not received anything at all. When I checked out i was asked to fill my credit card info and I did as they asked. On the next page, the website showed an error and told me to retry after several minutes. I retry again and still not successfully processing so I have registered for paypal and completed the payment finally.
I got back to the website about an hour to check the status I have realized they charged my for my credit card as well as paypal!
They charged me three times.
I contacted customer service but they just ignore until now! And i havent received any messages and shipment! What a scam!

I have made several orders before for me and friends and always the products were well-packed and in perfect condition. On my last order I had a problem with customs and although we exchanged many mails with the help-center we finally reached a good agreement. I would recommend the site, as I have done to the past again!

I bought a "laptop" which turned out to have illegal windows software and is inoperable. After it tried updating the system shut down completely. No local technician could repair it, it didn't even have the BIOS system to install an original version of Windows, I had to pay and send it back to them for repair. It happened for a second time, I sent it back and I asked for a refund, they say it's my fault and won't give me back my money. Stay away! It's 10 times better to buy stg with a proper brand from a local electronic shop with a proper guarantee and a physical presence in case stg goes wrong. Even if it costs a bit more. It will save you the trouble and waste time energy, and money.

1>When you sent us the first email (kept the laptop for more than 1 month) " Initially this laptop had no issues, but after I accidentally deleted a driver, now it is completely stuck. I've tried resetting Windows but I get the blue screen and it constantly restarts itself.
It won't shut down properly unless I hold the power button down." We asked you to send it back to us for repairing.

Unfortunately I made an order by mistake, but I did not know that my daughter had already ordered it. Then I asked if it was possible to cancel the order and they were very nice and 12 hours later I received confirmation that the order was cancelled.
Excellent Company are nice and precise, good and I thank them from heart.

I ordered a phone, paid for it but the phone is shown in the processing mode, it never moves.
So I tried to make contact through "live chat" but that is disconnected, it does not work, so I sent them a bunch of emails but NOT a single reply as to what they are doing with my order. #*******. I was hoping to get it this year.
Therefore I cannot recommend this company at all, absolutely disgraceful service, or in my case NO service of any kind. They took my money and that is it. There is no way to contact them and no way to cancel an order either. "Live chat" is nonsense, it has been switched off.

Wow, I am really impressed.
Everyone make mistakes, the question is how you deal with it. When Geekbuying sent me the wrong cable for my phone, not only they offered me a refund, but they also agreed to give it according to the LOCAL CURRENCY (!) which was much more expensive then the price on the site, just so I can get it ASAP. This is what I call responsible service. Great job. I will keep buying in this site!

I have purchases two phones from you, and I have sent numerous emails to your after sales department because the phones are defected, I have even taken the phone to professional company for an assessment and I have a report stating that the devices are defected. How can you sell devices like that. Now your After Sales Team are not replying to my emails. I will be taking legal action against your company, there are rights of consumers to protects the public from being taken advantage off. There are so many bad reviews, from second hand devices being sold and even broken products being sold. This is really unacceptable.

Bad assistance, I discourage everyone from buying mobile phones on this site. They sent me a faulty phone (strong metallic sound in the phone calls, practically impossible), I sent a video to prove it, I sent the phone and they sent it back after two months with the same problem without solving anything! No seriousness!
