His my order number: #******* 28 days passed but my order was didn't send and I've canceled then I got my money back. I bought it from AliExpress. They post the product after 3 days. I could not benefit from discount because of yours! And I was waited 1 month for nothing! You seem to have products that are not in your stocks! You are fooling your customers and you are stealing people's time! I will not make any more purchases with you after that and I will tell everyone that the is not reliable!

I had a very nice experience with the purchasing of my new phone... Shirley and the whole customer service department followed and helped me from the beginning to the end, advising me for the best shipping method, and sending updates constantly about the shipping... A little initial delay in the shipping start has been amazingly fixed with a speed up of the shipping and the phone arrived in my hand exactly in time for my departure.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. I made the mistake of buying a phone from them. It worked for about 3 weeks and then started flattening the battery within hours. I sent it back, asking for a refund. No such luck. This was back in September 2016 and I still don't have a phone, nor a refund in spite of very many emails. Is this called stealing?

That is the best place to buy electronic devices. Few months ago I have bought smart watch to my daughter... now I have ordered the same watch to my son. In both cases I have explored all the options in different sites. Geekbuying always find a way to offer the best price. Delivery is fast. Customer service is great. No robots... But real human professionalist.

I bought a smartphone, brand Leeco le max 2, and it arrived in about 45 days. I can always track the shipment. When the phone came to my hands, unfortunately had a problem with the fingerprint sensor (I really do not use that sensor). Geekbuying helped me solve the problem (I got a money back). I was given some gifts as compensation. The deal was very good. Recommended store

Good deal, the advantage is that they often have the lowest price on the market as well as European warehouses, which means fast shipping. For the time being, I have always been satisfied with both the price and the speed of transport. Recommend to all - in particular purchase from the EU warehouses.

Placed an order for a Xiaomi Mi Box 3 device. After 5 days of no information or communication from them, they decided that I needed to pay another US$27 to have my order processed.

Cancelled order, still waiting for a refund, which is slow and hasnt moved.

No way to contact customer service to raise a ticket, the tickets I have raised won't get a response.

Yes the price is really good here, but the products and the customer services are really bad. I got a defected product and only got 50% refund and another product didn't arrive until almost 4 months after; they won't take any responsibilities for your lost. You are on your own. Good luck.

Acceptable
August 24, 2018

Ordered a phone, waited 6 weeks but didn't get anything. Contacted customer service to ask the exact adress to which the parcel was sent (I changed the shipping adress shortly after ordering) but for some reason they are not able or willing to provide me with shipping details, even after multiple requests. However, I did got a full refund and was able to order my phone elsewhere. In the end I am left with mixed feelings but since I got my money back I am positive about the company and would consider shopping here again.

Stay away!

Although their website looks totally legit, this is nothing but a scam. I ordered a phone through their website. Got the initial order confirmation email - said it would be shipped in 1-2 business days and I would receive an email with shipping information. After 6 days - nothing. I contacted their support address, payment address and finally aftersales address asking for the status of my order. NOTHING! No response. At all. Was completely ignored. They just took my money and that was the end of it. Thankfully I payed with PayPal, so I will be disputed this order and pursuing a refund!

Gome K1 order issue

I bought a Gome K1 phone (excellent have one already), and inadvertently ordered from the wrong country on the site, therefore costing more. Geekbuying customer service were super helpful and agreed I could refuse the phone, send back, get credit, and reorder the correctly. 5 Star service. Only suggestion would be an instant cancel on the site option in the event of an error being made while ordering

For the first time this time I used overseas mail order. The reason is that PC was cheaper than expected. I was worried about the problem of words just because it was first. If it goes well, there is no problem but when a defect such as goods occurs, can we respond well by returning or exchanging, and will it correspond?
When the item reached and used it suddenly stumbled at the first deal due to trouble that charging will not be done. Unlike Japan, it took quite a long time to reach the destination of the item that returned the item, while I was distracted. However, Jessie at the front desk handled politely, and the anxiety ceased by exchanging mail several times.
Thanks again to jessie.
This time it was settled as refund (In case of defective goods it takes time and labor to return processing) I would like to actively utilize items that are attractive from now on as well because they can be obtained cheaply.

One month ago I purchased a smartphone from them.

This item is still processing, i. E. not sent to me yet

I sent couple of requests about the reason why this item is not sent to me, but have not received any reasonable explanations.

My suggestion to all potential customers: DON'T buy anything from GeekBuying, because of their unprofessional sluggish services!

Still awaiting my refund from a faulty laptop purchased in December 2017. Its now March 2018. They acknowledged receipt of the faulty goods which cost me £20 to return, and despite several emails stating I wanted a refund (an option they offered me) I was sent a replacement. This was refused at my door to the courier as per Geekbuyings instructions. Now one month later they are ignoring my emails asking where my refund is. Emails take around a week to get a reply at the best of times. Worst purchase experience of my life, and im 60!

Received defective goods in damaged pack. I returned EMS international (40 Dollar) they did not receive. In the end I will have to do charge back. They claim they are on holiday for 10 days (chinese new year).

Do not trust. It took so much time and money.

Bad SCAMMING company Very sketchy and Lie to you.

I have ordered an expensive beamer l, never received it and there is no signature package. First of all they said that it would take a long time and after that they according to then they posted when I was not home. They send me that the post had been delivered. So don't trust and don't waste your money. I had to pay for something I didn't receive and had to wait months waste of time.

This company is run by absolute flakes. I ordered a drone for my sons birthday over a month ago. When i contacted the seller the first time they said that the factory is closed for the new years celebrations and now 2 weeks in to their new year they never send my items yet. They say that the just got back to work after the celebrations. I had no idea that Chinese get over a month of new years vacations. Rplies to my e-mails is sluggish and very vague at best. There are lots of other companies to do business with... BE WARNED

I ordered a smart phone. On the first place it took very long before it was shipped. Probably they do not keep stock. When you place an order they probably will have to order it themselves. I sent an email and had to 3 weeks to get a reply.
They told me the phone was checked by a Geekbuying technician before shipping, and at the same time they also admitted I got a broken device. They kept lingering, not responding to my email, until I finally gave up and had it repaired somewhere else. Geekbuying is: High volume sales without after sales service. Stay away from Geekbuying.
