I was contacted by GearBubble saying my address was invalid. This happens a lot as I live in an apartment building, so I gave them a different address to use. They responded, claiming that it was all set. I looked at the new address they had put in and it was the old address with the new zipcode. Immediately I responded saying that they had put the wrong address. Days later I finally got a reply from them. They said it was too late and there was nothing that they could do until USPS marks it "undeliverable". Knowing that I wouldn't get it in time for Christmas, I asked for a refund. They refused and said that there's nothing they can do until USPS returns it. I should be able to get my money back! Poor customer service, they don't care. Spend your money somewhere else or else you may never get the money back or your item.

I ordered a mug and accidentally put my full name on the bottom. As soon as I hit send I realized my mistake. I panicked and tried to find a phone but to no avail. I used the email and live chat. They sent me the 1st mug and instructions to return it free of charge and the next day I received my correct mug! Fantastic customer service and support. The mug is a Christmas present for my girl! I just love the beautiful artwork on the front of my new long-sleeved t-shirt that I just got. It's a soft and high-quality cotton fabric and feels cozy. I have already washed it and it still looks great, and you can't beat the Saxophone on the front with flowers! Very cool!

I ordered a coffee mug on Oct 12. It was stated that it was shipped the next day. So far, I have not received the product. When I tracked the package on line, it stated the package was it Paris, France. I hoping it will survive the trip! I emailed Gearbubble twice, with no response. Not ordering from them again.
