I was contacted by GearBubble saying my address was invalid. This happens a lot as I live in an apartment building, so I gave them a different address to use. They responded, claiming that it was all set. I looked at the new address they had put in and it was the old address with the new zipcode. Immediately I responded saying that they had put the wrong address. Days later I finally got a reply from them. They said it was too late and there was nothing that they could do until USPS marks it "undeliverable". Knowing that I wouldn't get it in time for Christmas, I asked for a refund. They refused and said that there's nothing they can do until USPS returns it. I should be able to get my money back! Poor customer service, they don't care. Spend your money somewhere else or else you may never get the money back or your item.
