I have ordered a toaster oven from this site. I received no confirmation. Each time i reach out they said i will get one that day, they daid this multiple times. I have responded after they said i will get notification soon and that was nearly a week ago. I told them i will report to my credit card company regarding this. This has caused anxiety and i will NEVER go through this again. Stranger danger!

They cancelled my order as I waited for my item over a month without not able to contact them. After a bad review, someone from this fake business would go on this website and make a 5 stars review to pull the site up to 4 stars. I looked up the address they listed on their website on google street view. It's a tiny $#*! house included in the picture. The company charged my credit card also not from Florida, but from California under a merchant name Gannett

Be very careful! This site has common and specific items for sale. You place your order and within 24 hours they "refund" (never a charge OR credit on your card) Check the BBB their reviews are legit as opposed to the ones posted here. Be extra cautious, as they capture personal information when you "order". I hate scammers!

They have stuff listed on their site for sale but then they just refund whatever you order. I'm wondering if this is a credit card number farming site.

It was simple and easy. Shipped fast. Great online store to buy all of your needs. I am always pleased with my purchases which is why I keep coming back everyday to see what's new!

I see another reviewer said he ordered something that showed in stock only for them to cancel the order. I placed an order a week ago then began to wait. And wait. Multiple attempts to contact them by phone or by the chat box on their page went unanswered. When I finally do get a reply from the chat box they say I will receive notification within 24 hours. Didn't happen. Finally I try the only means of contacting them I haven't tried. Email. Finally a reply. They are sold out. It takes a week to tell me that? I should have stuck to Amazon. I would have paid a little more but I would have had my product overnight with free shipping. Horrible customer service. Don't order here unless you like throwing away your money.

Could not reach anyone. No email returned.

I found that Ganbino were great to deal with and quick to respond to enquirers after the sale. With the discount applied I could not get the item cheaper including local shops. Very quick postage to the door & secure packaging. Cheers!

The facility of the website is easy to use. They kept me updated on status and when it finally came in, checkout we very easy

Ordered 2 items that we could only find on this site and they cancelled the order and refunded my card the next day saying they were out of stock. I checked the site the next day and the same items were showing in stock so I ordered them again. And again they cancelled them saying that they were out of stock. They refunded my card both times, but they are still showing things in stock that are not, or they just don't know how to run a business. Either way, I would suggest taking your busniness elsewhere as this looks like a scam, or at least run by incompetent people!

Ordered a pressure canner, the next day got an email saying my order was refunded. No reason, no explanation and NO response from trying to get customer service. The payment is still in my bank account and has NOT in fact been refunded. Scammed! Do not order from them.

Received exactly what we ordered in less than a week. Thank you for taking that worry off of my shoulders.

I ordered "Pylex ******* Sliding Gate Kit", order #*******.
Order was canceled the next day without explanation.
Price was 40% below everybody else which should have been a red flag.
It looks like they are just collecting credit card numbers.
Do not order from this website, it is not legit.

I sure would like to know where this 24/7 customer services because the number they provide on their website and on their Facebook just goes to an automated voicemail I've sent multiple emails I spent over $100 on a trampoline Clubhouse for my daughter's birthday which is in 2 days so I'm really wondering if these are also fake reviews where is this so-called customer service 24/7 you can't contact anyone when you're on their website and a little text message box comes up you put in your comment you're expecting you know like you do for Verizon or something somebody's automatically there no it's an automated message saying sorry nobody's available so did I just get screwed out of my daughter's only birthday money that I have available because of fake reviews if I do not hear back from someone Within 6 hours of this review I am reporting this as fraud not only will I report it to the BBB but I will also be reporting it to the police the tech detectives this is unacceptable if I could give this a half a star I would you literally stole my little girl's birthday money

Was extremely simple to order completely online without numerous phone calls etc this time. Took me about 30 minutes total to complete the necessary steps to completion.

This arrived quickly, and it was exactly what I expected. Product arrived super quick and nicely packaged. No reservations about using again whatsoever! A+
