I purchased an item and then I was informed the item was not available.
They cancelled the order and provided a refund.
I used a virtual single use card number for the purchase, which has now been used for fraudulent purchases on my account.
This merchant is the only place I used the virtual account number.

Had a bogus charge from 1000's of miles away. Had to cancel my card. Kinda odd! I don't trust Ganbino!

Placed order and called with a question.
Made several calls and no one picks up.
Sent several emails, never got any replies.
My best guess, they wanted my credit card info.
I call this illegal.

I place a order on this website and after one month when I connect then they tell me that your order is cancelled but there don't inform me on my e mail and when I demand them for my refund they don't respond bcz this is totally based on faraud stay alert

It was delivered by shipping and I had a tracking number and was able to see all movements of my package. Omg am enjoying this all brand new and I also have a warranty to the system

Order not sent no notice! I cancelled my debit card due to this site. I believe they just collect Credit card numbers to abuse later!

This was great experience but they said they were going to call about shipping and tracking and I had to call. Plus you guys should value the customers that buy and give them a special offer for repeat buyers.

I Chatted with them regarding a product being in stock and I immediately purchased the product. They turned around and said it was out of stock. Still waiting on a refund to be credited

I ordered an item not once but twice and got refunded both times. Be careful and don't fall for it like me. I am now constantly checking my account to be sure a charge does not come through that should not.

I entered my credit card info into the site like an idiot and then realized that the company doesn't really exist, fake address, non working phone number. This morning about $1000 of charges appeared on our credit card for Nike and an other site. Ganbino is a scam. Do not trust them.

This was my first purchase through Ganbino -- and I was concerned that the site might be shady -- turns out it was. They cancelled my purchase days after I placed the order with no explanation -- leaving me without a present for my grandson. Will NEVER use this site again!

They arrived within 5 days, fresh & in excellent condition. Would definately use this service again :)
