G3 Visas

Expired passport identified the week before Thanksgiving, needed a 7 day or less turn around. Submitted my application on line Monday and overnighted needed documents, the same day. I received everything Friday in perfect order! Great job.

I called 3 times with questions, because I was new to the whole passport issue. Each of the 3 people I spoke to, gave me crystal clear answers, and were ready to continue to assist me further if needed. They each took there time to make sure we were both on the same page.

Very pleased with our experience. Process online was laid out straight forward. Their office can be quite busy so when I was ready for the review step with someone over the phone I had to leave a voicemail. I decided to email & heard back right away.
