I had 3 weeks before my flight so I needed a passport quickly. They were able to get my passport to me in about 2 weeks so I had a week to spare. Anywhere else I attempted to get assistance, they were saying 4 to 6 weeks. Great service! Highly recommended!

The instructions were detailed. The rep on the phone corrected a mistake I had made that would have cost increased the processing time. I appreciate how thorough the G3process is. Teddy was very professional and fantastic, I hade problem with site and called for help a young lady who is obviously in the wrong business, answered the phone. Long story short told me it is what it is figure it out. I didn't realize my passport had expired until I was filling out information for a weeklong anniversary cruise. The cruise was set to embark in slightly over three weeks. Contacted g3passports and ordered the rush delivery. My passport was promised by Dec 19 (10 days before my cruise) and it arrived even earlier, on December 15! Couldn't be more satisfied. You can have peace of mind when ordering g3 services- they won't disappoint!
Janice Broussard was wonderful to work with. There were some issues in the beginning of the passport renewal process (that did not involve Janice) but once those were resolved, Janice was very communicative during every step of the renewal process and kept me abreast my passport renewal request.
I had a very good experience because the Indian visa can be complicated and I didn't have my license with an updated address. Also, it needed to be turned around in a very quick timeline and I was able to get it in a short time (assuming it ships to my address correctly).

My experience with G3 was exceptional especially since I was panicked when I realized my passport was already expired and was traveling in 2 weeks. The agents answering the phones were very calming and knowledgable about the entire process. They very kindly calmed my nerves and answered my questions and assured me that I would have my new passport in plenty of time, which I did. They reviewed all my documents to be sure that I had everything in order before I shipped it to them. Once they received my documents it was determined that my picture wasn't the best quality and I needed to get another picture taken and ship it off in time for the appointment that had been set up.
