Not delivered

I set up many orders for delivery for my staff and payed extra to have them delivered in the morning at 2:45 when I was on the phone with friends m you flowers one was delivered. I was promised the rest would be delivered by 6:00pm. 2 days later still no delivery. The order was placed on a Friday for Monday morning. When I called I did get someone finally they refunded one of the orders again promised it would still be delivered the next day which never happened. Very disappointed.

Do not! I repeat, DO NOT! Use these guys, there are scam, they did not deliver your flowers and kept given me refunds from $3 that never showed, they should be shut down asap! They're ripping people off. Who can we report to?

Worst experience of my life. Paid extra for shipping by noon. Told me at noon after I reached out to check status they wouldn't be able to. Said it would be by 5pm. By that time she was getting discharged from the hospital so I had them change the delivery to her home. Then they tell me it will be 2 more days until they can deliver and sorry for the delay. Then she tells me that they had left the hospital when the nurse called and said her flowers were delivered so she had to go back and get them. Worst service ever. And to top it off the bouquet looked NOTHING like what I ordered. It looked like a cheap $5 bag of flowers you could get at any grocery store. Not even the same colors as what I ordered! All they offered was to cancel my order and refund me in a few days. I got SCREWED. I'll post what I ordered and what was delivered. Save your money just go to the grocery store!

The flowers arrived late. I would use a local florist. Was on hold with the for over an hour. They did offer discount and refund Customer service responded quickly. Update. Customer service did give refund. Just make sure to order earlier than you need for possible delays.Flowers were pretty but not as full as the picture.

Wrong color/ old dried up.

I ordered a dozen orange roses. I got 11 pink dried up old roses for 68 bucks. I contacted them and they said I would get a refund if 11 dollars. Seriously.I want the flowers I ordered a complete refund. Do not from these people. Below is what I got and what I ordered.

So, So disappointed

I ordered a 179.00 worth of flowers 2 bouquets for Easter, one for my mom and one for my youngest sister, not only were they the wrong arrangement, some of the flowers were wilted, the roses in each arrangement died before they could open up, I've been talking with one of the agents for a week now trying to see if I could get some of my money back, or some kind of accommodation, shoot… them suckers sent me an 11.00 refund, I'm not happy at all, so I've decided to take this matter to a higher ground, I've been dealing with corporate, so far so good, I'll be getting a full refund. Thank you.

Fake Advertisements

You show the picture of the bigger flower advertising a lower price like $29.99, however when I click on the item you feature a deluxe with a larger price tag $69.99 that is not RIGHT its false ads!
Then you charge the customer for the delivery service that you advertise and call is sur charge tax or whatever!

I usually use 1-800 Flowers but in this case I used this company. They guaranteed same day delivery and it was an important event. They notified me at 6:00 p.m. that they would not be delivering the flowers but they would be delivering them the next day it is the second day at 3:00 and the flower still have not been delivered. I will not use this company again and make that same mistake.

INCOMPETENT FLORIST DELIVERY

Ordered a plant for a funeral on March 20,2023, by Wednesday I received a call saying the florist wasn't able to deliver due to incorrect name or not the correct delivery address. Well, I used my uncle's first two initials. So, I told them his first name, Joe, as well as his last name. Next day, I decided to contact them to make sure the correction was made, and the florist knew of the change. I was assured there was no problem moving forward. Well, here it is the day of the delivery, and the funeral home should have received the plant and I decided to call. NO! I contacted From You Flowers after confirming the tracking information. They still insist that the correction was wrong, and the florist couldn't make the delivery. I knew this place was very shady. How hard is it to find a deceased person in the correct funeral home and he is the only one with those initials as well as name there? I asked for a refund since they assured me that they had the updated name. They tried to offer to deliver to the house but, if you can't deliver to the funeral, why would I trust that you would deliver to the house? It's a NO! They issued a full refund to my PayPal account.

This place is not to be trusted, especially when you hear all kinds of noise in the background. Trust 1800flowers.

Wrong Flower Delivery

I ordered an arrangement for my cousins birthday in another state. The flowers that were delivered were TOTALLY different than the one I ordered. I called customer service they were only able to compensate me 30% of my order and I had to fight for that. The workers were very patient, but I feel more could be done to rectify it. So disappointed! Really hesitant to order again. I couldn't upload the pictures, but I'm happy to share.

Disappointed

I'm so disappointed, my best friend son was killed and his Mom is no longer here. I ordered sympathy flowers to be sent to the church on the service day before 10 even paid the expedite charge, for them to arrive at the church 3:34pm when no one was longer there was horrible, this is the 2nd time Youtoflowers have left me down. I will go somewhere else from this point on! Heart broken Customer had to give 1 Star they didn't deserve it

Well I have an issue with the order not arriving on the day I ordered and paid an additional $8 dollars on top the the regular service and handling fee of $14.99. Then they switched up my order from a $29 arrangement to a
$39 dollar arrangement. If that was not enough they are charging me a $4.60 sales tax and I live in a sales tax free state as so does this company. They are in New Hampshire. They told me some BS that because it was being delivered to a Nevada address I need to pay Nevada sales tax. What a crock! Do not do business with this company. I did call and it took 50 minutes and 3 people to resolve some of this issue. Now I am not sure if the flowers will even arrive. It is not 6:30 in Nevada and I doubt they will.

Disappointed

Ordered flowers for my niece for delivery on Wednesday, late evening they informed me it would be Thursday, late Thursday I had to ask if she received anything and nothing, I e mailed them about delivery and I got we're so sorry it will have to be Friday. WTF, is website is a joke! I do not recommend it at ALL.

Absolutely Horrible 0 stars

I placed a get-well order of flowers for a close friend who had to have emergency surgery and paid for them to be delivered that day. They were NEVER received and when they finally were it was NOT what I order. They looked like cheap grocery store flowers. Absolutely disappointing. The only good thing about this service is they do respond fast and did rebate the same delivery fee. I would recommend you stay with a local florist.

USE SOMEONE ELSE!

Their service is absolutely terrible! I ordered flowers on 3/10/23 to be delivered on 3/11. First, they called on 3/12 to say the address was wrong. The address was literally copied and pasted from the recipient's Amazon account...tell me again it's wrong! So I confirm a second time that there is absolutely nothing wrong with the address and if you put it in Google maps you can literally see the front window of the apartment. Still no response by the afternoon so I email twice and call again. They again tell me that the address is wrong, I repeat it for the forth time and say there is absolutely no way it's wrong. They give me a $3.27 refund for my next day delivery fee and say the flowers will be delivered "ASAP", when I asked if that meant today, tomorrow, or next week, since ASAP is not a timeframe they just reiterated ASAP. The flowers were delivered finally on MONDAY 3/13 instead of Saturday. I spent close to 2 hours between phone calls and emails to get them finally delivered, there was never anything wrong with the address, I think they were just stalling. BUYER BEWARE!

But they send me a confirmation that they did!
Do not relay on this company if you don't want make somebody upset.
