Extremely dissatisfied

Placed an order for next day delivery. Now they are saying it will be 4 days later. I paid for next day. Getting ahold of someone is a joke as well. I won't be back

My siblings sent flowers to our two cousins as a thank you for being extremely helpful recently to our 92 year old mother who none of us live near. Our one cousin received her bouquet but our other cousin did not. I called customer service and was assured the delivery would take place on the day after it was scheduled. Two days later, no delivery and no contact from this company, The flowers were sent as a thank you to BOTH our cousins. Our cousins are best friends and it is extremely embarrassing to me that one cousin was excluded from our intended thank you. I now have the unpleasant job of explaining what happened.

My 89 year old mother just got out of the hospital after 3 weeks there, I ordered flowers and chocolates.
It got there a day late, no chocolates, only flowers on one side, A TOTAL RIP OFF!
WILL CONTACT BBB.

Birthday Flowers

Never again! The "bouquet" of half dead flowers arrived on my brothers birthday as scheduled. The arrangement did NOT resemble the picture that was to be representative of the ordered bouquet. The arrangement looked "sick" and the vase was holding a sparse, few flowers. To think I paid for this is a lesson learned.

AWFUL Customer Service
February 5, 2021

I payed extra to have same day delivery yesterday to have an arrangement delivered to my mother in law who just lost her sister. I also opted for contactless delivery as she is considered high risk from covid. I only received and email letting me know that the flowers were delivered this morning. After waiting a while and not hearing from my mother in law I had to reach out to her, ruin the surprise and ask if she had received them. She had not.

I used the online customer service feature to state that the flowers were not delivered and to ask for a refund on the fee I payed for same day delivery. They notified me that they refunded that fee and that the flowers were delivered this morning. The fee has not been refunded and I had confirmation there were no flowers delivered.

I called the customer service line to be told again, the flowers were delivered this morning. I had to argue that no, she has walked around outside the house and there are no flowers. I was put on hold while he reached out to the florist. He came back on and said "actually your flowers were delivered yesterday evening, have you looked around in the surrounding areas?" Are you telling me I have to have my mother in law go on a hunt through her neighborhood to find flowers that should have been delivered to her front door? I was told I couldn't get a refund until they "launch a full investigation" and they were not able to tell me how long that would take. I was told to "check my voicemail" because there have been many unanswered calls and texts. I have not been called or texted at all in the past 24 hours, and neither has my mother in law, whose phone number was included in the ordering process.

She has now walked down the street to all 7 houses to look for the flowers to no avail.

Don't bother with this company.

Too expensive for what you get

Ordered 3 days before I wanted delivered. On the day they were suppose to be delivered I get email that they can't deliver in that area due to no local vendors able to deliver. Wife was disappointed and upset that her flowers didn't get there on her birthday. She finally got them 2 days later. They were not close to what the picture looks like. Not first time I had this happened. Never using them again.

Dont trust this company

Ordered flowers for my loved ones funeral and they decide to wait till the day of the viewing to say my order cant be fullfilled, of course after they took the money from my account. It was then too late to have any florist fullfill an order on such short notice. After stating i wanted my money back via email they proceeded to call me 3 times during the funeral to ask what my order number was (for who knows what reason) because i had already discussed it in full in the emails. If you need your flowers delivered on time DONT buy from these people.

Disappointed

I ordered a flower for my husband's grandmother funeral. It was supposed to be delivered the next day. I recieved a call the night of the delivery stating that they didnt get flowers in for the arrangement but the can have them at the funeral home the following morning for the burial. The flower never arrived. So i called them and they apologized and said they could not find someone to do the arrangement. They refunded me my money and said that they would send thefamily a complimentary sympathy flower. The flowers they sent looked like something you would get out of the grocery store or worse. I would have rather them to send nothing than to make my experience even worse. Very disappointed

Flowers not even close

Ordered a Deluxe arrangement for delivery. Was delivered on time but much smaller than shown. Very disappointed! Contacted customer service, quick response but partial refund was not nearly enough for the sparse flowers. Will not be ordering from them again.

A SAD clump of flowers that are not close to what I ordered. Just appears to be leftover flowers thrown in a vase. The hydrangea is even wilted. I could have gotten a better arrangement from a grocery store. I am embarrassed to have that sent to my family! BEWARE of the quality from this company! (1st Pic shows what I ordered. 2nd Pic is what was delivered.)

TERRIBLE SERVICE

Dreadful, totally dreadful. I had a friend that was sick with covid so wanted to send a nice surprise of flowers and chocolates. Received 3 emails saying it was delivered, guess what it was never delivered. After endless emails they admitted it was never delivered. Then agreed to refund the money and as a something to make up for this crap service they would still make the delivery, guess what, 3 days later no delivery. I send them an email and all they say is the money was refunded, even though it wasn't. Avoid this company, i think they may be a scam company. Use someone else

Waste of Money!

Not only did I pay extra for the Deluxe version of an arrangement, I paid extra for delivery before noon the following day. It was not delivered until 6:30 pm and the arrangement looked nothing like what was shown on the website (not even for the basic version!). Very few flowers and did not have the varieties as pictured on the website. Very, very disappointed and will never be ordering from this company again! I could have gone to a grocery store and picked up the few flowers myself and saved a lot of money... and chosen a vase that more closely resembled what was pictured! A total waste of money!

DON'T USE THEM

I ordered flowers for my daughter's 30th birthday to be delivered to her place of employment. I called twice to get a time of delivery. Both times they tried to call the florist and no answer. I was promised a time of 1:00 on the first phone call. Then on the second phone call I was told by 2:00. I also emailed and got no return email or phone call back. I hope they will honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee or you money back. I expect a full refund. I was so excited to make my daughter's birthday special and they took that away from me and I can't get that back. I will only call local florist going forward.

Ordered flowers for spouse, came in half dead and very small for the deluxe package that the website showed and described. Continued to contact customer service, was refused a second order of flowers and instead was provided a $15.00 refund (Basically covers shipping and handling). Continued to push to talk to a supervisor in which I was put on a 20 min wait with no supervisor to appear on the phone. They told me to call back later to resolve the issue. Contacted them again and recieved no supervisor, continued to get the same nonsense regarding the $15.00 reimbursement and was told basically your out of luck. Will never order again from this company. Cost was not the issuer but I think anyone would expect a quality product for what they pay for.

I live in Canada and my brother lives in the US.
I thought it would be easier to order a Christmas gift basket from the US as it would make for easier delivery.
I found the fromyouflowers website and ordered a premium snack basket.
I later find out that they were not able to fulfil my order as it was sold out (which was not previousy updated on the website)
When I called to make alternate arrangements for another basket, they tried to sell me a flower arrangement instead. As this was not acceptable, they promised me a full refund.
After indicating to the customer service rep that I wanted a 100% refund which included the proper exchange rate, they advised me that I would indeed get the full refund.
Not to my surprise, I received a refund, less about $13 CAD because the exchange rate from US to CAD funds was less.
Now I have to call a fight to get that back. What a mess

Sent flowers for christmas. Flowers were very expensive and didn't come close to what is described on their website. I was even stupid enough to order the deluxe. Rip off firm. Will not do business with them again.

Absolutely horrible

Purchased some flowers for my sister that were to be delivered on Saturday, Dec 19th (her birthday). I ordered them Thursday, the 17th. I awaited a delivery confirmation Saturday and finally received one around 6:22PM. Email from From You Flowers said that they were delivered. I called my sister, excitedly, just to be informed that they were not delivered. I called the company (on the 19th) and was told again that they were delivered. I informed them that this was not the case and they said they would "get back to me". On the 20th, they called me back with the same comments. It was delivered. This is not possible, there is reception in the front and they never saw any attempt at delivery. I was put on hold and was then told, "nobody answered the door", "they couldn't find the address", & "nobody answered the phone". After informing her that there is not only a 24/7 mailroom, there is also a 24/7 person at the gate. And my sister has no missed calls. On top of it, if there were multiple issues, why was the order marked delivered when it clearly was not? So finally they say they will send my order out on Monday. After waiting all day for the delivery, I call again to see what is going on. I was assured the order would be rushed out first thing Monday morning. After sitting on hold, yet again, they tell me my order will be delivered by 6pm (it was already 430). At this point I was so frustrated that I simply demanded a refund. There is no reason my order was not delivered ESPECIALLY after being marked as so. This company is a joke. They attempted to call me a liar. They never intended to deliver the flowers. The customer service was not polite, fast, nor did it resolve anything. Do not use this company.
