For Mother's Day I sent both my mom and my mother in law floral arrangements. I purchased the Lily and Roses and the Enchanted Cottage. Both arrangements (sent to two different zip codes) were wilted, the wrong color scheme, scarce, and not at all as advertised. I placed my first complaint call 20 minutes after my MIL received the order (Friday before Mother's Day), I did not want a refund - I wanted the arrangement advertised and purchased to be sent. I made four phones between Friday and Saturday to have the issue rectified. Unfortunately, during this time my mother received her arrangement. Again, embarrassment and humiliation occurred. Floral arrangements are sent with care with the hope of making the recipient feel special and thought-of, the arrangements my loved ones received were disgusting. The company promised to redeliver to my MIL, *Tuesday* of the upcoming week (2 days after Mother's Day) I do *not* recommend this company. Save yourself the stress and use another company. 1st and foremost when I placed my order I had to order the "deluxe" (their biggest bouquets) because any standard size arrangement wasn't available — this caused me to be on their site for way longer than anticipated. The standard size flower arrangements were undesirable and unacceptable. I ordered Mother's Day flowers on 5/5/2021 with a "guaranteed" expected delivery between 5/7-5/9/2021 by 6pm... that's right 3 days to deliver, yet the order and delivery weren't fulfilled. I called fromyouflowers.com's customer service line and the 1st rep advised that the florist must've had a half day on 5/9 (Mother's Day)...? That doesn't explain why the florist didn't fulfill the order on 5/7 nor 5/8, and in any case it'd be fromyouflowers' responsibility to find another florist who'd be more reliable. When I asked the rep for a refund she hung up. The next rep I spoke to offered a redelivery for 5/13,4 days after Mother's Day! Outrageous! At this point, I asked for a full refund. If I don't receive a full refund within the next few business days then I'll take it up with my bank. Irresponsible, poor customer service, poor communication. Had they communicated their incompetence ahead of time, I could've had another company deliver them, without my mom waiting just to get disappointing news. Instead I had to find out for myself, by calling myself at 6pm when tracking showed flowers weren't delivered. 6pm on a Sunday — florists are already closed to even attempt to get her another arrangement.
Ordered flowers on April 30, to be delivered on May 8 (day before Mother's Day to avoid delay on such a busy day.) not only were they NOT delivered on May 8; but by 2.30pm May 9 (Mother's Day) and after 3 web chat sessions, FYF were still not able to update me on the order, where it was, when it would be delivered. I eventually cancelled & demanded a refund. My mom could not wait home any longer for this delivery, and to be honest (from the tone of the web chat) I truly doubt that they would ever arrive. A classic case of "you had one job" i. E. take an order and deliver a service 10 days later. How difficult can that be? Will be advising anyone I know to avoid this company.
They sent the wrong flowers for mother's day... Completely different order that had horrible looking flowers. We ordered an entirely different thing with chocolates and balloons.
They even sent us the card from ANOTHER persons delivery. I normally don't write reviews but this was horrible, too expensive, and bad quality (the wrong flowers we got sent). When we called them they wouldn't even be able to deliver by Mother's Day and not for much later. Complete waste of y time and a ruin of a surprise.
Ordered a pony tail palm for my mom for Mother's Day. The vase arrived so busted up it barely held the plant. I called and the first gal I talked to would only give me a 53% discount and would not ship a new order. Her name was Win. I spoke to Arpana next and she arranged a replacement that has yet to be delivered. Replacement was supposed to be delivered yesterday and never arrived. Arpana also advised I couldn't speak to a manager as they don't give out that info.
I spent over 20 years delivering flowers - if I would of left this for one of my clients I would of been fired or in trouble.
First time for everything and not sure spending my hard earned dollars here is the answer! Spent over $80.

I ordered some flowers for my mom on Tuesday for Mother's Day, they allowed me to select between to 8th and the 9th. Let me also add they are way over priced! And shipping is ridiculous $14.99 for shipping is way over priced. They turned around last minute to tell me they can't deliver my order until the 11th. Now. It's too late to cancel and go elsewhere because it's the day before Mother's Day so I'm out of luck. They gave me 10% off like that's gonna make things better, WRONG! It doesn't they could have refunded the 14.99 for shipping and it still wouldn't have been okay. Plus when they give you a discount they Turn around and jack up the prices so your really not getting a discount or any type of deal. Total rip off!
I am in Australia and have been ordering flower arrangements from From You Flowers. Last 2 Christmases, both arrangements were disappointing! The delivered item didn't look anything like the one posted on the website!
Ordered for Mother's day gift last week, a Pomegranate bonsai plant, it arrived on time (at least) but in a very appalling state! The vase was tilted on its side, soil everywhere and bonsai was wilted!

My children sent me the Exclusive pink 24-stem roses for Mother's day. Received 2-dozen wilted, dried out roses (with dead or broken leaves & petals falling off) that had been put in a box (for who knows how long) and shipped by UPS without any water vials on ends of stems—so no water! Tried to get replacement directly from company—horrible service and they would only deal with the person who ordered. I was trying to avoid telling my children! After looking at reviews, this company should be shut down! They don't even try to be helpful! STAY AWAY! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! I'd give NEGATIVE stars if I could!
What you see in the ad or website will not be what gets delivered. I sent flowers to my daughter "Plum Sunset for 52.80". After my daughter sent me the photo I immediately emailed the customer service of my opinions. They did issue a refund of 8.00. You know what they can do with their 8.00 don't ya? I will not use them or their service again. Im crossing fingers that my mom's and girlfriends flowers look a little better.

I paid for flowers on April 28,2021 to be delivered to my mother on May 1,2021. They never delivered them and when I called they could not get in touch with the florist. My mother was scheduled to leave for her trip on May 3rd so she never received them.
DO NOT ORDER! If I could give 0 stars, I would. We spent $170 on a larger spray for my aunts funeral and what we received was about a quarter of the size we were expecting. Wrong flowers. Wrong colors. We sent them a message and got a generic auto response saying "we've refunded $40 to your card." Not helpful at all. I would never recommend this place to anyone, especially if you're ordering flowers for a special event. Goes without saying that I will NEVER order from them again.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Terrible service and terrible products. I ordered a flower arrangement for a sick friend. I order the Southern Peach Bouquet and upgraded to the "premium" arrangement. What was delivered did not match the order in any way either in color or flower selection. There were supposed to be peach roses and white lilies, white stock and a succulent. They sent, 4 bright pink roses, orange, ORANGE alstromeria, mums, and mini red carnations. Disgusting! I am embarrassed the arrangement was sent with my name on it. When I called to customer service line the rep was dismissive, rude and condescending. Said there was a substitution policy and they sent an arrangement so they did their part. She said there would be no refund after I asked her to go pick it up and refund my money. She said they would refund 30% of the cost of the arrangement or roughly $20.00. I paid over $86.00 for the order. When I asked for her name, she hung up on me. BUYER BEWARE! The WORST customer service!

This is a shoe string operation. They must find someone calling themselves a florist working out of their basement to fulfill the orders. Ordered on two occasions and neither order was delivered. Last order was for our Mother and we didn't have flowers. Even received a confirmation that the flowers were delivered. Take away 4 stars and look elsewhere
I ordered flowers for my daughter while she was in the hospital. It took me quite a while to find the flowers I wanted to have delivered. Finally choose some mainly because of the vase it was in (a white pitcher). Ordered "same day" and they were delivered earlier than I thought they'd get there which was good. But, when she sent me a picture of them I was very disappointed. The flowers were as described and nothing wrong with them, but they were in a clear glass vase. If I was going to order flowers in a clear vase, there were others I would have picked. I wish someone would have contacted me if they couldn't be delivered in the pitcher as described and given me the option to change my order. I would probably use Flowers From You again but would just choose a generic vase of flowers.

Ordered flowers for delivery on a date and in a zip code listed as available online. Placed my order and a couple hours later received notice that the requested date wasn't an option so would arrive the following day. That day was a Saturday so the building would be closed and unable to accept delivery.
Reached out to the company to see about canceling or scheduling for a Monday but only got canned reply and told it couldn't be changed.
They send by UPS or FedEx, so if can't deliver on Sat. The flowers would sit in a box in a storeroom over the weekend. 60+dollars! I paid with Amazon Pay so they tried to remedy the situation. The flower company refunded 8.00 of my 60.00 purchase. Waiting to see if my co worker receives dead flowers on Monday. Overall a very stressful experience. All they had to say was that Friday delivery wasn't available and I wouldn't have ordered. Or maybe contact first to see if another day was an option.

Do not order from this company. They instead of sending your exact order will substitute your choices which are more expensive with cheap plastic vases and flowers even if you ordered a glass one and send the cheapest looking flowers in the place of the beautiful one's you chose making it a horrible event instead of a lovely memory. There solution is to give you 30% reimbursement. Not good enough. How about take back your dollar store flowers and give the customer a complete reimbursement of the order. Choose another company. Maybe when they lose enormous amount of business will they get their act together.
Worst company ever! You would be better off picking wild flowers! I ordered at 8:30am paid to have them expediated. So that someone would be home to receive them. They got delivered at 6pm and left by the front door with high winds. HORRIBLE COMPANY. Don't waste your money!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
