Ordered for the first time online. I picked the soonest delivery date that they had and paid extra for expedited. Would never recommend this company and do not believe award it has on its site. Said I would get refund for $4.99 and asked to refund for $14.99 have not seen that yet so not sure if I will get it. They should have told me that would do that because they really messed up on my order for a very special occasion.

Ordered early, not delivered until 3 days later, no call, we could of picked it up.

Paid $70 for an awful bouquet and half-inflated "birthday" balloon (which actually had no writing on it). Let the company know I was disappointed and they showed how much they care by refunding me $9. Will never order from them again.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to a family member who had surgery. The flowers were not delivered, and I was not notified. When I checked to find out why they weren't delivered, I was told they could not be delivered to that zip code ( which is in Connecticut near Hartford). So, I ordered another arrangement, to arrive 2 days later. They did not arrive as of 5 PM on Christmas Eve. We are still waiting to hear from our family member. I called again, and I have no confidence that they will arrive today. I am extremely disappointed and will not order from this company again.

I ordered a Christmas bouquet, chocolates, and a balloon for my 72-year-old mother's Christmas. Scheduled it to be delivered today, the 23rd. Until my mother told me she hadn't received it, I had no idea there was a problem with my order. As others have said, they had nothing else available on their website, and the one they did offer wouldn't be delivered until after Christmas. I will never order from them again. This was an awful experience, and my mom did not receive a gift from me this year.

Second order they screwed up and the refund 15 dollars out of 90. Ordered Christmas tree and got cheap flowers with dead babies breathe. Never order from them very deceptive and misleading.

I paid extra money to have my husband's anniversary gift basket be delivered today. I wanted thos extra goft because I am a paramedic and had to work 14 hours today. I wanted my husband to have something from me delivered today since I couldnt be there with him. It never arrived. I received no email, no voice-mail, and my husband never received a phone call. The only thing customer service did is give me a credit of $3.19 with ZERO explanation of what happened. I won't be using this company again and I recommend no one else does either. I'm supposed to receive the order "first thing tommorrow". All I wanted to do was open a bottle of wine and share some candy with my husband since I am mandated to work and we couldn't go do anything special. My plans for the night are ruined, but at least I got a credit of enough money to buy a cup of coffee...

I ordered two arrangements for the passing of a loved one…. What I received was pure $#*!!
How disrespectful to the families and the deceased, to send DEAD flowers and/or whatever you FELT like throwing into a vase.
I will tell EVERYONE that I know and will post to those I don't know about how this is a scam and they WILL NOT RECEIVE the product in the picture on the website.
I will also report this to the BBB, after reading so many other comments on the $#*! products they themselves received. STOP TAKING PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY AND $#*!TING ON THE MEMORIES OF THEIR LOVED ONES … WITH the joke of flower arrangements you send out!

Received an email to complete order and receive free shipping (14.99) they want to give me free shipping on future orders. I tried to cancel the order and they ignored me. Last time ever using this company

I ordered the arrangement pictured on the left for my mother's birthday. The shipping and handling hiked the price up to $74.41. The actual arrangement was short on flowers, short on ornaments, had no bow and was not even symmetrical. A second grader could have done better. After registering my complaint on the company chat line multiple times, there has been no solution for 10 days. An email from them stated that a replacement arrangement had been delivered to my mother, but this was a complete falsehood. I doubt the legitimacy of this company. One person on the chat stated that my mother needed to return the arrangement to get a new one, then they would not divulge the florist who created it. This was an embarrassing gift.

I do not recommend. I haven't had the best experience with From You Flowers but thought I'd try again since it had been awhile and other reviews seemed okay. I guess I should have known better. We paid $77.97 for a premium display for a 50th birthday. The picture on the website was gorgeous. What was actually delivered was a joke. I contacted From You Flowers and they said they could only offer a 25% refund ($15 - which was basically the service fee). I couldn't believe it. Do not use this service - you will get cheated. I do not recommend.

I ordered the BON VIVANT GOURMET BASKET for a friend's family as a symbol of condolence after the loss of their son. The basket they received looked nothing like the one on the picture for the order. It appears they went to the dollar store and purchased snacks then to the grocery store and threw in a few pieces of fruit, none of the brands featured in the picture were placed in the basket, they had Cheezits, Chips Ahoy cookies, and Club Crackers, I was livid when I saw the basket. I paid over $150 for this order when it was only worth maybe $30. I will never order from them again.

Twice in one month ordered flowers. First time paid for same day service which didn't happen. I called customer service and they couldn't provide me an answer however flowers were delivered next day. That brings me to my second order which I figured I would order 2 days in advance with guaranteed delivery by noon on my scheduled delivery date. NOPE! Not even when I called around 3. Would NOT recommend this site to anyone!

AVOID THIS SCAM FLORIST! They don't care‼ I paid a lot extra to make my flowers the biggest but my friend received a small one! I even gave them a chance to rectify it & sent over 10 emails almost everyday and no a single reply! How is it even allowed to ignore customer? I paid almost $100 for the flowers and they're not even medium! THIS COMPANY IS ONLY INTERESTED WITH YOUR MONEY, once you paid you doesn't matter anymore! SO DISGUSTED‼

Awful experience, I rely on them for a very special occasion, took all the possible care to ensure that the flowers get delivered in time, and by the time they offer an appetize. Not only they didn't deliver the arrangement, but also, they keep me waiting for over 27 hours. Making me hostage of the situation. We exchange 40 emails, and 10 phone calls.
They didn't deliver on the chosen date, they didn't want to refund the money. And they NEVER offer any sort of compensation ( a courtesy arrangement, a flower additional, nothing) for the TERRIBLE experience they put me through

I have ordered from FromYouFlowers twice and both times they have sent me an e-mail saying the arrangements were delivered when they actually in fact were NOT delivered at the time the e-mail was received. One arrangement was actually delivered almost a whole month post the delivery confirmation e-mail, and the other arrangement was delivered the day following the delivery confirmation e-mail. I was offered a partial refund for these purchases. However, due to the dishonesty regarding the delivery not once but twice from this company, I will not be using them again. The flowers were pretty and in line with what I had ordered, but I do not appreciate the dishonesty in telling me that the flowers were delivered when they were not.

I had a nice experience when I ordered flowers for a birthday party, I would use them again. Thank you

Offered same day delivery for a birthday on 10/29/22. Then emailed me midday on 10/30/22 to tell me they would be delivering my flowers on 10/31/22 to "not miss the occasion". Then when I asked for a refund they had the gall to ask me to keep them in mind for future service. If you have to get something same-day delivery, this company is not your choice. They are obtuse to their own ineptitude and platitudes make for poor birthday gifts.
