Online site is easy to use. However I would use a frame diagram to explain how to measure your frame. I ordered 2 frames and did not measure correctly. Frames were to big and had to order 2 more. Custom size so not returnable.
Although the item I purchased was a great value, and a very nice product, the fact that the glass in the frame arrived broken was totally avoidable. The service I received to replace the glass was very fast and very good. Had the glass been packaged in the original shipment the same as it was in the replacement shipment there would have been no problem to begin with. All in all very satisfied with the product and the timely response and customer service.
Easy shopping, but would have liked the opportunity to customize more. I want the art to float on the matte board. When I tried to change the size of the matte, the frame size changed too. I'll figure it out.
I wanted to buy US made products. The frames were pressed wood by Framerica. The one Blue colored frame was paper covered. I was very disappointed because I thought they were wood. My mistake. The frame was cut 29 7/8 inches not 30 as I requested. It was for a canvas so I had to carve out the rabbit for it to fit.

I was looking for barnwood for a western piece of original artwork.
It was very easy for me to write up my order. The only thing I wish is that I had a way to confirm the frame size. That is, is the length the top to bottom measure and the width the right to left measure?
Disappointed in the quality of the mat. Overall it was okay but it was creased along the bottom, not only at the edge but the crease extended about an inch above the edge and it extended for 2/3 the length of the mat.
Good. Easy to set up mat size and complete order. Instructions were clear.
I ordered this frame as a test frame so I could decide if I thought it was worth it to order more. The frame is pretty good quality. I got a 16x20 frame. It is an extremely light weight frame and the detail is nice. It comes with cardboard flex tabs already installed on the back. But little pieces of the wood keep peeling off on the edges and since basswood is extremely soft it is very hard to keep from denting. There was some weird striped wood variation on only one of the corners of my frame that I don't really like since I was planning on staining it. And I think it took around 11 days from the day I ordered the frame for it to be delivered. In the end I decided to order different frames from another company since I needed them as soon as possible.
Web site said white mat, the mat we got was not. Also, every frame was marred on the corners as though the glue that was used to hold them together had smugged so not sure we will be able to use them for our customers.
The frames were easy to order and quick to receive. They were also well packaged.
Frame was good, but the plastic insert is VERY shinny. From any angle there is a glare on the art. I contacted customer service with the suggestion of sourcing a non glare plastic insert. I was basically told that is what they have and they do plan on exploring options. Kinda of disappointed.

Not good. Frame arrived damaged. Joinders were all messed up. Looked like the frame had been twisted as the metal joinders in one corner were twisted out and couldn't be tacked back in. That corner was the only one with a protective cardboard cover on it. It was packed well. The box it came in was undamaged and undented so I am assuming the shipper knew about the damage. My husband repaired by adding thin squares of wood on each corner so it would lie flat and square. I repainted the uneven paint job over the corner joinder which didn't match up the heavily patterned design. I used it for the exhibit but I would not order from this company again.
Cover actually mutes the image/colors to the point where it is pointless to use to display art work on a home wall. I used the corregated cardboard and clips to display my poster, but it is not covered as if it were framed.

This is a very nice site. My only quibble was that the size chart comparing opening and image size was incomplete, meaning I had to design my own because I couldn't find the exact image size that would match the frame dimension. The frames were delivered on the expected time frame and the quality was excellent.
FrameUSA makes superior quality artwork frames and ships promptly and as promised. Their packaging is so good that I keep it to reuse when I ship my work to galleries or collectors who've purchased my work!
I needed matts cut to rather odd yet very precise sizes, and I was a bit nervous about what I'd end up with. But the process of measuring was easy and the mats ended up to be just what I needed. Very pleased and would use Frame USA again in the future if the need arises.
The website was very easy to use and the frame came ~21 days after ordering. It was packaged well, but one of the corners showed a little bit of damage from the manufacturing phase. Luckily it is on the back, but I was a little bummed out about it
The wrong SKU was shipped for two of the frame sides. I called support and the correct sides were shipped. The entire experience took a month, way too long. I will be looking for a new supplier for my next purchase.

Once I placed my order, I realized their office was only 15min from my house. I reached out and asked if I could pick up my order to save on shipping. They agreed, refunded my shipping costs, and has my order ready a week early.
My go to store for all my frame needs. I have bought about 2 dozen frames over the last couple of years. Extremely satisfied with their products and purchase experience. Highly recommended.
