I got off work and went to Publix to get some items as I was walking I cam across the ice machine and ther was ice on the floor no sing some one saw me and whent to get help I then took to the fort and then And the ambulance was called and I went to Grady hospital With a neck brace it in sore back arm leg and hand and was discharged from Grady hospital
