Poor service

Failed to deliver on time. Charging additionally for midnight delivery but not delivered. Henceforth I will never order with Flower aura.

This is my first time I am writing a review very negatively because in the web site of flowerAura they mentioned we will deliver in 2 hours by seeing that based on my urgent need I ordered in floweraura I paid 3500(for 2kg cake) rupees which is too expensive, and they not even delivered on time and they said It will require time so, why they mention in their website that they will deliver in 2hours, I ordered from USA my suggesion to the customers in India or NRI, If you want to order something in floweraura It money waste of money and time. I never suggest my family or friends to order through flower aura.

Spoil our function

What a poor service you offer. I ordered a product from your site and u delivered entirely different and a local product and it destroyed our valuable function.
I am an NRI, who gives more importance to the functions to our close ones. So your service spoil our function. I already contact to your customer care and they give a guarantee about your service but it doent workout in your service. I ordered a flower that comes in a cage but it comes like a flower we offer in a funeral. I ordered a cake which seen in your website but yiu delivered entirely different one with poor flavour and local quality cake. I inform about the sentence written in the cake but it is to be there with a piece of paper with spelling mistake. What explanation you have about spoiling our special function. Your website is perfectly waste and local. I never ever expect it and i wont suggest to any one and i share with where ever i can about this fake site. After this situation and contact to your customer care they deals very badly with my complaint... i again telling

Very very $#*!ty service...

They are just minting money. You do not get what you order. I had selected the cake and it wasn't the same that you order and after telling them, they are asking for a picture of the cake. Can u imagine. You had ordered the cake to surprise someone and now you want to tell them send the picture so that i can speak with the company from where i ordered.
Even the gift hasn"t reached yet as per the date mentioned and the occasion has already gone. After speaking to them they will just tel you sorry and nothing else. This is their customer service. They dont know how to resolve customer complaints. There cannot even compensate you for this... I must say very very very poor service... it was a very bad experience that i had... this is a free advice please do not order from this site if you don't want to spoil your celebration. I should have checked this bad reviews...

This site and people who work here are cheaters and they had pathetic reasons for not delivering your products. They charge you hell for stupid and simple products and will not refund even when they don't deliver. They think they can do that and I'm afraid to tell you that i made the payment from America and ordered rakhi for my brother in India. I've already filed the case in my bank,blacklist your business and now you deal with the bank and may got fined for charging wrongly. 100 of times I called you guys and told to deliver at door but you didn't do it. Now face the circumstances for what you did. Learn something from other sites to grow not by cheating. Also you have the audacity to show wrong order status and emailing me that it is not delivered. Are you fooling public now it's your turn to pay all.

They are not worth rating at all... Really annoying as these people are fraud n cheaters... they take money n not deliver the product. They literally spoiled the day by not delivering the product ordered...

I am ready to file a case against them... as a crime reporter I will surely take a action against them...

I really suggest all not to use this site at all... they do not send the order shown in the picture... the arrangements sent by them are so shabby... Plz as you friends to send the picture of What they sent you will get to know u ordered something and what was sent was something else... still I never complained but yesterday they literally took the money n not delivered the chocolates ordered with the flowers... So now for the tortour n specially the mental tortour n spoiling a special day I need a complete refund...

I really request all the customers to plz 're check your orders n do let me know will make an article n submit in the consumer forum right n file a case against these people I have all the pictures of What was ordered with them n what was sent to my people...

Now it's really high time to what they did yesterday... N they are least bothered about the mess they did...

So all the people using flower aura beware of these frauds... better to use some other sight but not them I am also going to complain on them about online cheating... which today is a very big crime... taking money n not delivering the product..

They are very unprofessional. I always use ferns n petals that provide such an amazing service but tried floweraura for the first time and had a terrible experience. The order was not delivered and no one called on the alternate no i had provided (even after calling them to make sure 2nd no was updated) and then they claim the order was delivered. Really? They are saying their delivery team confirmed that the order was delivered but i DID NOT RECEIVE THE ORDER. They just dont care after you pay them. I will never ever use their service again. So disappointed.

Worst service ever

If I could give a negative rating, I would probably do that. Highly unprofessional and substandard customer service. They need to make it clear that if they say on the website "as mentioned" in the description, that's what they need to provide.

Ordered a Rakhi hamper from them (Order# *******). The box that was delivered was not what was supposed to be as many items from the box were missing. I contacted their team multiple times over calls/e-mails/chat, first of all they never agreed to my complaint and were insisting that they have checked with the receiver and complete box with all the items were delivered. I then insisted Ruchi (FlowerAura associate) to have a conference call with me and receiver and then they finally agreed to my complaint and promised me that they would get the complete package re-delivered.
The next day I got an e-mail from Ruchi, that few items from the box is out of stock, can we replace 'that with this' to which I agreed. However after this neither my package got delivered nor my e-mails were responded. This was the last e-mail from their team that I received. After this they have been ignoring my follow-up e-mails for almost a week now. Never do the business with these people if the occasion is important.

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Their product descriptions are misleading at best, and the customer service specially is absolutely terrible.

Bad delivery
August 16, 2019

Ordered birthday cake for 15 August 2019 (order placed on 14 Aug itself)
Cake got delivered at around 7:30 pm (which is like almost end of the day!) inspite of calling multiple times to customer care and requesting to deliver by noon atleast.
Later realized that the site is actually playing safe by mentioning delivery window as 9am to 9 pm! Somehow did not notice this unusual stuff as most other websites deliver birthday cakes before noon.
Also the quality of the cake (i ordered black forest) is not upto the mark (price was pretty high 750 for 500 gms). Too much cream everywhere!

Wont recommend as their are other better websites offering free delivery and giving much more granular delivery windows (like 9 to 11,1 - 5 pm etc). Also not upto mark in quality.

Cheap service

Very disappointed service,,, don't provide full delivery as a order before but they deduct full payment, don't provide after sale service as I complained regarding my order, they are not listening and very rude with me and not provide delivery and didn't refund my money back... they don't know how to treat customers,,

I used them 4-5 times hoping that the problem i faced last time wont happen again. Often ordered will not be delivered. They will tell this to you only after 10:00 PM on delivery date. I ordered 4 items, I was charged but only 2 of them were delivered. I ordered Orchid, paid for Orchid and they delivered roses. Once you place the order and reply on them, they screw well on delivery day. Never going to use again!
# edit on May9,2021: THe same thing was repeated agin on Months day (3rd time to me)!

Don't waste your money on FlowerAura. They don't mean business they screw your time money and energy. Never spoil your best occasions with them. The main aim is to make sure the payment gets through, only then they will let you know what they CAN'T do.
My partner's special day was not so special for both of us due to Flower Bloody Aura. I paid whooping money, I chased them to the edge to do their job, and I fought with their delivery driver and never-ending chat session all through my work hours. Dint deliver anything on time, literally anything. I placed 2 different orders (Various products) for the same day nothing ever reached my partner as per the promised time (I paid extra money for particular delivery slots). You will be doing their job too, these guys are such a joke no serious business here, pretty slack. Never again with this website. Extremely Disappointed!

I bought flowers to be sent to my girlfriend. They arrived on time even after I changed the time to something earlier in the day. She was happy with how the looked. Realizing they sent the wrong vase, I contacted them and they were more than willing to exchange for the correct one. But she wanted to keep the very small one to use for something else. But with in 24 hours (morning of next day) the roses started to wilt and dry. I contacted to ask why and what do they normally do in this case seeing I have sent flowers before and they last at least 4 days. I was told its because of the heat... we are in a AC home. I talk to a few other employees only to be left on hold. No real response.

Disappointed

Ordered fresh flowers for my dad as a surprise, received stale flowers instead. When I tried contacting them on their chat service, they refused to respond back. I'm gonna contact my credit card company for their horrible service. This is unacceptable.

Deceptive website

I ordered flowers online from abroad to be delivered in Mumbai.
The bouquet sent was nowhere close to the photo on the website!

According to customer service the photo depicts double the flowers! I mean really?!

This is not mentioned anywhere while ordering, I would call it completely cheating the customers!

Ordering process had difficulty - will say overall it was minor. Customer service called as probably they recognized someone on the site for some time but were more interested in knowing if I am able to make the payment and not if I needed help with anything else on the site. The delivery was on time but the product delivered was terrible. Greeting card was empty when the site had the text and review of the order showed the text. The chocolates were all melted and flowers were dead. Rated 2 stars because I was able to connect to customer service after ordering without any issue. Maybe should rate 0 star (if that was an option) or 1 star. I don't recommend them and won't give them another chance. The cost was about $1,750 for the order.

Booked a bonsai, got a dead plant, asked for a replacement received a dying plant again, now I want a refund. Have kept both the dead plants & one broken pot and one intact pot. Have videos of unboxing, thereby proof that the plant was dead. Now asking for refund but the call centre guys just keep on forwarding the call & keep telling me that your complaint has been forwarded & you will get a call back.Its been more than 12 days, nobody calls. I think the idea is to delay so much that the customer gets frustrated & never calls back.The company markets plants that will definitely die as they are not properly packaged nor properly handled by the courier service.
