Need a contact number i place an order but had a email saying my adress is not complete but when i checked my order it is correct?

Answer: I suggest you cancel your order and immediately (like right now) apply for a refund from PayPal or your credit card company. This is another way this scam of a company tries to hang on to your money without sending any of their junk jewelry to you.

What is the approximate delivery time for UK orders?

Answer: It took almost 2 weeks for me and I received a discount voucher for the long wait. I had hardly any response to 3 chase emails. The website/Facebook page makes you feel it's a homely company making fairly good quality goods but in fact it's all made in China and you are truly getting what you pay for as nothing I bought was expensive. I doubt I'll use them again but ok for trinkets.

THEY ARE STILL ADVERTISING THIS as a sterling silver bracelet but it is stainless steel, they have blocked any me from any further lines of communication AVOID FLORENCE SCOVEL JEWELRY AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED

I have read more negative reviews than positive one's. I've seen some items I would like to order but I am hesitant because of these reviews. Is their anything you can say in your defense that might make me feel confident in giving your company a try? Do the eternity rings have real diamonds? Can the ring be resized by any jeweler in my area if I need it to be? How many carrots is this ring?

Answer: As most of the rubbish they sell is made in China and comes in a plastic wrapper, I would say no. In addition, they have one of the worst customer service on the planet and if you have a problem they will not deal with it for months. Avoid these people like the plague and go to a proper jewellers that will give you value for money and the genuine article that the recipient will not be disappointed with

Answer: Look elsewhere for what you want unless you are a gambler. The either don't get the merchandise, it's junk or if you are lucky you get it and it is decent. I would shop some where else.
