I have never had so much trouble booking a ticket on SAS. After I was all done booking and selecting seats and paid for it all and the ticket was confirmed I was disgusted and disappointed when I a few day later received an email telling me I coiled not have my booked, paid for seats. There is no way to cancel the flight even though it is in 24 hours. They just make you run in the circle without result. I already called credit card company to dispute it.

Can't figure out if I actually got what I paid for. I was directed to Flight Network from the Finnair website. Bought business call cross-Atlantic tickets, which were about 4X the economy class. Nonetheless, my dealings with Finnairs AI chatbot left me insecure (it spouted nonsense), so I called the customer service number on my ticket confirmation in an effort to confirm the business class amenities Finnair advertises on its website, This turned out to be Flight Network, whose representative ultimately told me that she had no idea with my tickets would get me.
My flight went up $600 as I went to check out because of high demand. I feel like it should stay at the quoted price for at least 15 minutes.
