Horrendous service. Extremely bad experience. They misleading price. Their economy is "basic economy" which does not include baggage for international flights. They did not provide any information on my booking and they sell you the ticket which is not the real fare. LIARS! Will never go near any agency even like this again.

Booked a return ticket through their website, when I called them to change the date of my return, they quoted $800!
They changed the cost of the ticket change fee every time I called despite confirming directly with the airline it was only $250, they wanted to charge me first $350 then $400!
I also tried 2 different dates, which were showing a $300 fare difference on their website, but it was still $800 to change it.
Ended up booking a whole new ticket for the same flight for less.
Would never use again nor recommend to anyone!
I got to you via Kayak.com I've never booked with you before, it seemed to go smoothly. I'll visit your website directly and check it out. I travel for work, a lot. 225,000 to 250,000 miles a year on Delta alone, plus lots of other regional carriers. So you can tell I'm a Delta Diamond Medallion and prefer their flights for long-haul flying (most of my travel in international). Why haven't I heard of you before this?
If u want to get stuck on call with their agents for more than 20-30 hrs combined, only then choose flight network.
My flight was cancelled by the Airline 2 months ago, still none of the agents know how to help. Have called around more than 20 times and waites for about 1-2 hrs everytime. None of the superior call back.

Husband booked with flight network. Even though they advertise with refunding the difference when the flight price goes down the moment you actually see it happen and notify them they pretend it is not so. All sorts of lame excuses like: we don't see it on our site, even though you have the site open and send them a screenshot...
Or in short, they break their promise and tell you basically you are crazy.
Pretty sure this was our last time booking with those guys.
Flight Network had the best price of several agencies on the internet that I checked... and their search engine works; another site I tried kept saying "Ooops something went wrong, contact our agents"! The Flight Network website is easy to navigate and the e-tickets are delivered immediately. I'm impressed.
They genuinely do not care about their customers, the human behind the ticket that was bought. Be careful. Don't expect the amount reflected on the site is accurate or that they will answer your questions or concerns. They do not take accountability for any experience that their customers might have. They have no interest in taking any critique to better the experience of their customers. Very disappointed and will NEVER use them again. Just another big corporation that has lost site of the individual experience. Don't fool yourself, they really don't care, as long as they have your money.
While checking kayak for return flights from Tel Aviv to Warsaw, FlightNetwork popped up with the best price at the most convenient times for me. I was shocked to discover that that best price included all fees and taxes. I bought it immediately and with equal immediacy my confirmation returned followed by an e-ticket receipt. Surprisingly painless. I've already recommended FlightNetwork to my family.
They changed the conditions of my ticket sneakily on their own without my authorization after my initial ticket has been confirmed and issued to me. Can you imagine what will happen to you in the airport if they make your electric ticket void without your agreement and issue another ticket to you with a different condition?
They give you a number which you are not able to talk to anyone but able to hold on line forever. Their customer service MAY reply your email after 3-5 days but never answers the exact question and solves the problem. I've purchased tickets from them since 2011 and thought they were good, but now I know I was totally wrong.
Don't buy tickets from them or you will definitely regret when here comes a trouble. I have waited for their response for a whole week before I make this review.
I booked two flights this morning and the process could not have been more straightforward. The data entry was minimal and the ticked boxes saved me from re-entering data I already input. My only request would be a spot to enter a frequent flyer number.
I will never book a flight using Flight Network. Definitely get your ticket directly from the airline. When you need to make changes or choose seats you can't do it directly online and you have to contact the customer team at Flight Network which is based in India, very unhelpful and rude staff who don't have proper training. So disappointed will never ever use it again
We don't like to purchase flights until we have searched around on the internet. Every time, FlightNetwork came out ahead. We don't understand the bag feed through them, because it's not clear if it's $100 each way or total, but that fee is rather high and we generally find it cheaper by booking through the flight website. That being said, the booking and information is always very clear and promptly emailed to us.
This is, by far, the worst online experience I have ever had. I made an error in one of the passengers name and after 6 weeks of emailing back and forth I'm still left with the same problem and my flight is in less than 24 hours! I was told I could pay a fee and the airline would fix the mistake and then that was retracted and I was told I had to pay for another ticket! Stay away from using this company. They can't keep their word!
The extras are confusing. I get these for free with some other airlines.
Absolute scam. Nobody is able to help you. I had to call three times and I get a different answer every time. My issue never resolved. We didn't make it to the destination. This is the second horrendous experience I've had with them. I won't ever book again.
I contacted flight network several times. Each time they say that they have escalated issue but never got my refund back. I cancelled my ticket 3 months ago. They have received amount from the airlines which they have confirmed when I talked to customer care representative. But they have not given me money back. When I tried connecting them on phone the call never gets connected. It connected only for 1st time and after that line is always busy
They intentionally list impossibly low prices, only to scam you out of more money later. For example, when I submit the order number from FlightNetwork to the airline, they say that no such order number exists, but the flight does. Then, when I try to check in online, the FlightNetwork app magically fails to do so. I'll now be spending $200 just to check in, when the sum of the tickets cost was $430 (ie., half the cost of tickets just to check in). Any money I saved with FlightNetwork, has been lost to their irresponsibility and scummy practices.
I accidentally made TWO erroneous sets of reservations for flights (wrong dates) online and was panicked about how to correct the mistake. The service representative who answered the phone carefully and patiently helped me sort out the mistakes (cancelling the reservations with two separate airlines) and make new reservations with the correct dates. He also explained the costs involved clearly and walked me through seat choices at extra cost as well. I was so grateful for his knowledgeable help straightening out the mess.
Terrible company! Called them since one of the airlines cancelled a connecting flight so I needed to change it, they never answered my calls, left 3 voicemails and not a call back. Horrible company! They will also charge you more than what the actual airlines charge. First time and last time.
I thought this was a great place to purchase my ticket turns out these people are scammers. I told them I needed to leave 5/31 and return 6/5 but these people booked out for 7/5. I told them there mistake and and they were like nope can't do anything you agreed. They never allowed me to speak to a manager. Put me on hold for hrs to speak with no one. Worst place ever never again will I come here. These people suck there all fournier's that can't pronounce anything right.
