Ordered part for my field mower. Everything was correct. I will order from Fix.com again.!

I am an experienced woodworker and have experience with electricity. But dryer repair and troubleshooting is not in my repetior. The folks at fix.com troubleshot the problem with the likelihood of precision and were spot on the parts they recommended fit perfectly and the repair took ten minutes,( I already had the dryer disassembled). My wife while distressed that it took 4 days to get the parts thinks I am a rock star that can fix anything. As long as Fix.com is around she may be right.

Keep asking them when are they going to ship my order but not responding at all. Just want everybody to know so they won't be victimized like me.

Fix.com makes my hectic life a little easier with timely auto-shipment and great customer service. I highly recommend this company.

Be 100% sure you are ordering the right part. Because, if you make a mistake they are not refund your total amount. Also, you have to send the item at your cost. Which is not even specify on their return policy.

I ordered some simple to replace parts for my range (knob), my refrigerator (drawer cover) and dryer (lint filter). Nothing complicated in replacement.

Dryer was squeaking. It was very easy to find the likely cause of the problem and also easy to locate the part needed. Affordable parts. Follow videos and/or instuctions and if your slightly handy it's definately a DIY project. Part ordered was perfect fit and no more squeaks...Part needed was the drum bearing kit.

Item order with relative add. However, after ordering with expedited shipping over a week ago, still no response to my query and request for refund.

This site is a scam. Stay away from submitting any information. Don't even try to call customer service. The number rings and you get the agents busy message. And forget email you never hear back.

I give them a five star rating because they sent the right part and I got it within a week from my order. I ordered a dryer belt.

When my dryer stopped heating I assumed that I would have to buy a new one. But wait! There's more. I turned to the internet and found the FIX.com site. The site analyzed the problem and suggested a fix. I went with their recommendations and ordered the part. Installation was doable and the dryer works like new. Shipping was really fast too. Will I use them again? Hell yes! TjS

Found exactly what I needed on the website for a reasonable price, received item promptly, exactly as described.

Perfect fit. I could not find it any where else I had to search not knowing the exact model. But all 4 models took the same harness. Price was fair even though I had to pay 9$ shipping. Overall very efficient and appreciated transaction. I will use them fix.com for appliances and other things. Sorry I have no pictures

Was about to trash my workbench due to broken leg post and purchase another but friend suggested Fix.com. I was extremely happy they had the part I needed to repair my old workbench. Received part quickly, made repairs, and bench is working great!

Found out later the same part was available much cheaper on another site, also I now get spam mail from fix with no opt out option.

Able to find a replacement pan for my bread machine. Item was perfect. Communication was great. Shipping was fast.

I stripped my the blade bolt on my Toro Flex-Force electric mower while trying to remove the blade for sharpening. The bolt has conventional threading, counterclockwise (left) is to loosen, but it was overtightened (probably by me). My socket was old and cracked, stripping the bolt head. After much work, I got it out. Of course Home Depot, who sold me the mower, doesn't have the replacement part. Fix.com had the OEM replacement bolt/washer. It fit perfectly. I ordered a couple extras because the shipping is about twice the cost of one bolt/washer.
