Waited 18 days before i could get someone to tell me my order must have been lost in shipping, even though i had been emailing to find out the status for 2 weeks. Then they told me i had to reorder and pay another $150 to order another one because they had to cancel the order.
I will never utilize this company again. Even with inclimate weather it shouldn't take 3 weeks to get a part delivered.

FIX.com had the switch I needed, at a good price and got it to me in just a few days. Everything you need in an online business.

Mailed panel to them, fix.com kept me informed by E-mail as the repair process took place. Mail back and everything works as it should! Extended the life of a wall oven!

Got my spare parts and they were as described. Paid for faster shipping but they use FedEx and they never deliver on time so they lost a star for that.

The hardest part was finding the part on the oven itself. Ordering, videos, all of it was great. I highly recommend this site for anyone who wants to DIY. Bookmark this site!

I was able to find the replacement part with little effort due to the great website. The replacement arrived un damaged.

Used them twice. First time they were good. This time they failed to deliver product or customer service. The did not respond to any emails, and their site banner is blaming delays on Covid 19. I ended up buying same parts from Home Depot with 3 day shipping. (So much for the Covid excuse)
Now they refuse to even answer emails about order cancellation.

I needed a replacement shelf for my LG refrigerator and thankfully stumbled on fix.com (via Google search). They had the part, had a diagram of where it went (which confirmed it was the part I needed) and shipped it to me quickly. I even called to make sure I was ordering the right thing and... someone picked up the phone and spoke with me like a valued customer! I highly recommend fix.com.

I needed a replacement glass for my refrigerator crisper. It came within 5 days. The refrigerator company said that could send one in 3 months. So glad I found fix.com.

I will buy from this company again, because, everything is very well described on their website, and, all of the parts that you might need are there.

Put the mfg and model number and this site gives you a breakdown of all the parts, you select the part and place your order. What could be easier. Their customer service is the best! And pricing is half or less than the competition.
Do yourself a favor and use them next time and you will not be sorry!

Fix.com had the cheapest part of anyone else I could find. The replacement part was also metal where as the original part was plastic. My only issue was very minor, the shaft I was installing the replacement fan on had to be cleaned up with a file but that only took 5 mins tops. Very satisfied with the product.

I needed two Craftsman front wheels for my lawnmower.
Craftsman don't hardly keep anything on hand for parts!

I bought this kit to work with a trimmer blade. Unfortunately, for some reason, it was the wrong size nut (one size too big). The description implied that it fit all Ryobi trimmers. Due to the cost of shipping, it was impractical to return. Not really sure what this was suppose to fit.

Parts work great and ordering was easy talked to someone there when payment wasn't going through he was very polite and did a great job helping me.

Only complaint is that I paid for 3 day shipping and didnt get it for 6 days. When I needed the parts
