Total ripoff. They love to take your money, but when you put a claim in they don't pay or they pay pennies on the dollar. Avoid them at all cost

I have attempted to secure service from Premier Home Warranty. It was for two water valves which are frozen and will not turn off. They are for where my new washer will go. I asked to have them replaced. I was on hold a total of 1 hour and 37 minutes as I tried to secure assistance in setting up a plumber to come to my condo which I am remodeling so i can live in it.
I SPOKE WITH TWO PEOPLE WHO DID NOT ASSIST ME.
The first person was a female who did not send an email as she said she would.
The second was a man who sent an email, but it was for an appliance repair. I don't have my appliances in the condo yet!
So, it is very obvious to me that First Premier Home Warranty WAS "NOT" A GOOD CHOICE FOR A HOME WARRANTY PROGRAM.
Therefore, I WANT TO KNOW THE PROCESS IN HOW TO CANCEL THIS USELESS WARRANTY PROGRAM!
I will not wait online for 15, 20, 25 plus minutes to even reach a person for services. Then once you reach someone, they are clueless in satisfying my needs!
CANCEL THIS PROGRAM IMMEDIATELY AND REFUND MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY!
DO NOT GET THIS WARRANTY COMPANY!
They are Scamming us to get money but not provide service. Amazing sales guys but will not cover your claim. I paid for 6 years and after a year when I finally had a claim they made up things to not approve my claim and Todd Pearson - Operations Manager was extremely rude and accusatory although i provided all the supporting documentation. You will do more work with 0 outcome. They just want your money.
I paid for a specialist to come diagnose my HVAC system and they gave their recommendation to First Premier Home Warranty, I had to call and reach out over 6 times to get a status and next steps then they asked for 3 years of maintenance report which i provided and then they asked for proof of payments which point i was fed up as i spend more hours trying to provide reasonable documentations then i should! Next, ask for my birth certificate?
When I asked to have my money refunded and whom I can talk to about this deeply unsatisfactory service they wouldn't provide that info and got extremely rude.
I would have rather flushed that money down the toilet then pay to company that just wants to scam you when you need them the most.
I spoke with Alex he's a great agent,my washer was repaired quick I was happy with the service.

I purchased a home warranty from First Premier a few months ago and paid for the entire year and 2 months up front. Before purchasing I asked a lot of questions as to what is covered and what's not. Jack Adams had an answer for EVERYTHING and even tried to sell me an extended warranty for an additional few years. I am glad I had sense enough to decline that offer. However, against my better judgement, I purchased a year warranty with two free months, that was the promotion at the time. NOW my hot water heater started leaking on Monday, June 26, I called and stayed on hold for 45 minutes before hanging up calling again. When I finally got through submitting a claim I was referred to a tech who DOES NOT LIVE IN MY STATE! However, I followed the directions that the claims department sent. THE TECHNICIAN ASKED ME TO SEND PICTURES...HE NEVER SHOWED UP TO MY HOUSE TO ACCESS THE SITUATION! I called and emailed the next day. After calling several times and waiting on hold I finally spoke with someone, Viki King. I explained the situation to her and she advised me to get my own tech and I would be reimbursed. I did and I followed her directions explicitly. Long story short, a local certified technician came, did the repair, and I submitted the invoice for reimbursement. Before the work was started i called and emailed the claims department like it said in the email. NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE NOR RESPONDED BACK TO MY EMAIL. I got through the next day and was told it was denied! I am unable to get my service fees nor repair fees back. Customer service has been very UNHELPFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL. On June 30 I verbally spoke with someone dealing with canceling my policy, I was told to cancel my policy via email and someone would email a cancelation form. On July 27,2023 no one has contacted me.
Stay away from this company and definitely don't pay for the entire year upfront...its a scam
