I have an order that is missing a dress and one came damaged. You have to email for customer service and it is horrible. They don't respond, if they do it's a day later and still no resolution. I email right back and never hear anything again. The worst customer service, I will never order again. It seems like they only care about posting celebrities all day rather than tending to actual paying customers! I wouldn't be so annoyed, but I am going on vacation and I actually like the dress, but I'll find one else where just as pretty if not prettier.
I love quick fashion, so I was happy to find Fashion Nova, until most recently. I made a purchase of six items for a great price using a refund due me and their New Year promo code! Entered my credit card number and then once I confirmed a substantially higher amount appeared ($210) in the order confirmation without my prior consent or agreement. I am not talking about taxes either and it was free shipping.
There is no phone number, only a limited email response. For three days they will not respond or they make red herring statements that don't address or explain the situation.
It's not be a lot of money, and I know exactly what I have to do to hold them legally responsible, but what a shady little practice. Tacky.
I have been emailing Fashion Nova since February 2020 in regards to several items sent back adding up to over $500 + going back and forth. Last few months no response from them at all this is crazy $500+ very upsetting...
FRAUD- won't review my concern with their false advertising. I provide screenshots and have tried to resolve on many platforms. Completely unacceptable customer service with no real person to actually speak too. I will be filing a lawsuit.
I wanted to use the 40% off but code but then the system somehow didn't apply it and I was charged full price. I tried to cancel or modify my order within seconds after receiving the confirmation email. The quality is not the best and then You have to pay for returned items and they won't give you your money back, only credit. I don't care how many "influencers" wear their clothes, this type of customer service is horrible. Taking my dollars somewhere else.
There is no express delivery. They are just charging you extra money. Then your items will show up in the regular time frame. Forget what you needed them for sis. Then the customer service will give you the run around and try to convince you you're wrong by using some already typed up email that basically tells you you're right! Then they'll just stop answering altogether. They didn't send off my express package until the day it was supposed to be delivered
I use to order from FN all the time and it would come rather quickly but lately, it's been taking a week and half to almost 2 weeks to receive anything I order from them. Even if I pay for express shipping. I've ordered things from china that took less time to be delivered. I think this will be my last time ordering from them. It's a store a few miles away name fashion depot that sell the exact same clothes. I was being lazy and it costed me 2 weeks of waiting time.
Their shipping process is the worst. This is the second time this has happened with me. Shame on me right.! I've paid for expediting shipping ($9.99) and my items never came twice. The first Time it took them about eight months to give me a full refund. Like I would really like to know what is going on with them in their warehouse. They have given me the runaround told me that it was FedEx or UPS's fault that I haven't received my item when clearly the shipping label has been made and it is still sitting in their warehouse in California somewhere.
Oversized shirts are my thing. They're super comfortable to wear, even when doing groceries. It also emphasizes how slim your figure is without showing much skin. I'm so happy FN has got a variety to choose from.

I literally order from Fashion Nova (FN) every month, sometimes 2 or 3 times a month. I've never had a problem in the past, but as of now I am frustrated. I placed an order on October 23 and have yet to receive my order or at least get any updates on it from FN. I understand they are moving their distribution center but they should put a hold on online ordering or wait to take the money out of customers accounts. Thankfully the items I ordered are just clothes I brought for the winter and are not outfits for an event or my birthday. Here's some advice Fashion Nova, if you want to keep your customers come up with a better way of having them communicate with you. And as for that 30% apology coupon, that's not a big deal because I've been using that code for months
The prices are pretty good, not dirt cheap but no outrageously expensive. They have numerous styles, and they've been expanding their sizes. I commend them for that.
They need to work on their website, and their customer service/return policy. Some of the things I order, I adore, and others are very poor quality. Sometimes the clothes I get DON'T match the model photo! And they won't even let you leave your review on their website! To grow as a company and become truly successful, they need more focus on quality and customers than rushing out poorly made product for $$$.
This is my third time ordering from them, and usually it is fast. However, as they switch distribution centers, they're not handling customer service very well. I placed an order on Oct. 21 and the worst part is I don't have access to the e-mail I placed it under, so I have no idea if they have been e-mailing me. I keep e-mailing them and all I get is an automated response saying something like "shipping usually takes 7 business days" when it is has been over 3 weeks. My package could be out in the middle of the ocean, who knows. Anyways, horrible customer service.
I'm a big fan of Fashion Nova until now. I ordered a few pair of leggings maybe a month ago and just recently wore them. By the evening it was busting at the seem in the crotch. The leggings are cute they're the ones that are black with zipper at the knees. Size was perfect so I don't understand. So the next day I wore the black ( looks like denim with gold seems) legging and they too unraveled at seem in the inner thigh. Those legging are OS fits all. Good stretch. Not sure what happened there.
I am disappointed with the service. The customer support didn't answer my mails. I wanted to know where my package was but still no luck. I don't recommend them.
Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.
Answer: I placed an order on cyber Monday, it's now Dec. 8th and I have not received my items. Not my items or a tracking number but they sure took my money! I just want my money back at this point.

Fashion Nova does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue refund for packages that state being delivered."
Answer: Same... placed 2 orders for my vacation. The 25th and 30th of Nov. Needed the dress for my birthday weekend away. I got one dress when I came back and the other one is being delivered today. Just terrible. Bad customer service. Can't reach nobody by phone. All emails I recieved were automatic responses. Not personalized at all
Answer: The same thing happened to me, I never received my items because after they took my money they realized that the items Ive ordered were no longer in stock. They sent me a cyber gift card. The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
