Email only is a joke!

So I placed my order on Thanksgiving and at
First was extremely happy as someone actually called me back same day as my discount code wasn't taken. Since then, it's been a nightmare. It's been over 3 weeks and still no tracking info. No communication whatsoever regarding status or if my family will even receive in time for Christmas! I don't care how busy you are. This is HORRIBLE customer service! Never again!

This company is a scam!

There is absolutely no customer service and you only receives an answering machine. If you email them you only receive a form type email back with no information. Received an email asking me to review the product that I received and I have never received it. I was finally sent an email from them with false tracking number. The item was never received by FedEx and never delivered. They take your money right away and never ship the product. Do not buy from them! Horrible experience. Check out their reviews on Facebook and you will see what I mean. Hundreds of other unhappy customers!

Scam

This place is a scam. Do NOT GIVE them your money like I did. They also have made several other websites that look exactly the same but with a different company name. I ordered a gift honoring my deceased son. These people are the lowest of the low.

Terrible Service

Ordered a canvas a month ago, still not received. When I reach out all I'm told is "Our fulfillment team says your order is ready to ship out." After multiple attempts I asked for a refund, yet I receive the same answer with no response to my refund request. Starting to think this is a scam and that money is gone.

I've reached out minutes after purchasing due to an autocorrect error and have been reaching out to you guys for a few days... no response yet. Aggravating especially when I keep getting automated responses about "how much you are willing to help" and one personal response that completely ignores my correction- confirmation request.

Not happy

I have been waiting what seems like forever I was told it shipped on December 1st but tracking wasn't showing any info then they finally told me they were mistaken it hasn't shipped an it wasn't even finished yet! It was supposed to be here dec 4th. Its not the 18th. An its a Xmas present for my mom. I will never order anything else from this place again.

Horrible horribe

I oredered my bestie a spec ornament they kept saying ti was mailed they sent me a tracking lable created dec 3rd i call the post office and they never got the item here it is a week before xmas and they didnt ship or answer my emails i am so upset i tried to look for a phone number and cant find it i am new customer and adise people not to order

Scam

I placed an order with this company as I saw their advertisement on Facebook, probably my first mistake. I have still not received the merchandise but they did charge my credit card right away and when I try to contact them it's an automated voice system that says you need to email them and then hangs up on you. I sent numerous emails and all I get is an automated response with those too! Would not even recommend this company to someone I don't even like!

I was told my order would be here before Christmas and as of now it is not looking like it. I emailed them to find out where it was magically it is set to ship 2 minutes later. Then I get a tracking number that does work and they keep emailing me generic emails. BS I was going to order another but they lost my business.

Disappointed

Disappointed: I received the item today and was damaged through shipping. I tried calling but directed you to email them. The voicemail also stated to not expect a response for at least 8 hours which is ridiculous. The product was placed in the box with very little shipping material or corner blocks to prevent any damage. I was also disappointed to see they did not include any hardware for hanging the item. Even AC Moore $5 frames includes hardware. I am hoping they are able to replace the product and ship in such a way to avoid damaging again. I will provide update this review once I hear back from them and get a feel for their customer service.

After a week and a half, the company finally responded (was actually on Dec 25th). They asked to see pictures of the damaged product before agreeing to replace the product. To be able to still give this as a Christmas present, I went ahead and disassembled to remainder of the framing and reframed the print, securing with framing brackets (which should have been done originally).

Because it is custom, the print can be a nice gift. However, the framing itself is poorly put together - some wood staples is all that holds the corners together. And the packaging for shipping of the frame is even worse.

Good luck with your purchase. I tried to give you a comprehensive review of the product and their lack of customer service if you should not be happy with the product.

Terrible

I placed an order a month ago. I have not heard from the company, other than my order is in process. I have not heard about or received a tracking number or other shipping information. I've sent many emails and never get a straight answer. If you like to waste your money and be frustrated by not getting information about your purchase, then this is the company for you.

I ordered one item and received it with no problems. I placed a second order for TWO items and have only received ONE. When I try to email the company all I get is "congratulations your order has shipped" with a tracking number for the one canvas I have received and cannot get information on the missing canvas including whether or not it has shipped. I placed my order since the beginning of Nov to ensure delivery before Christmas but sadly it looks like my parents will not be receiving what I hoped would be the "perfect gift."
Greatly disappointed.

Placed two orders 3 weeks ago. Sent false tracking number for one that still shows "pending". Apparently there was a problem delivering the canvases to FedEx and had to replace them. Then at 12:28am Sunday, I receive an email saying my order is on HOLD and to contact them asap. What a joke! The phone reverts you to email- you can't leave a message. Two days later I get a response, your order was tagged as "LOST" and we'll need to make a replacement (for which order? WHEN can I expect it?). Emails never address important info. Super concerned I'll never see a single "replacement" or my money back! Just filed with the BBB. So frustrating! Poor communication!

I ordered the canvas almost six weeks ago. I received an email saying it was shipped then the very next day I received another email saying it was lost or damaged in transit and that they would have to make another one. Since then I have called 11 times and sent 4 emails. I have yet to get any responses.

Placing blame

I was told by the company that 2 packages had been shipped on Dec 2 2020, several emails have been sent back and forth, I was given tracking numbers and they all say pending, I called the shipper and they said a label was printed but had not received the package. When you call no one can answer the phone always a recording. I will never use this company again...

Don't bother ordering anything from this company if you want it before Christmas. I ordered something on November 25th and on December 3rd I was notified that it would be sent out within the next 3-4 days. Well todays December 14th and nothing has been sent! What's worse is that I've received no correspondence from the company and there's no way to check the status of my order! I've emailed them 3 times (within the last 5 days) with no response and the # to call doesn't connect you with customer service. There's a recording referring you to the email for the company (yup... the same email with my response!) I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Total rip off company

I ordered 140.78 worth of items from this company on Nov. 22,2020 never received items and company won't responded to emails. Don't order from here, they take your money you don't get your order or your money back. They flood your email with junk mail!
