Ordered my son a gift for Christmas. It was paid for December 7th for Christmas delivery. Said 2 weeks for delivery, as of December 25th Christmas Day nothing! My son lost my granddaughter to Cancer this year and with it already being an awful year this has just sent me into tears. I ordered a gift, this company NEVER sent the gift. They created a label with FedEx, which sent me tracking information on 12/2/20, but they never delivered the package to FedEx. Therefore, the tracking information has no information to provide me. After days of looking at the tracking information I emailed the company with my complaint. I tried to call but it immediately goes to voicemail and no one ever responds.
I randomly checked my email about 48 hours after emailing them, and I see an email from them. My email worked! They refunded me my money. In fairness, I received a form letter from a lady named Corrine. She seemed liked she really wanted to help beyond just refunding me my money. She made some excuse and claimed they would still send my gift and she'll keep me updated.
Of course I was excited and felt good about this company once again. But her promise ended up being worst than the fake tracking number they sent me. She would have been better off not ever saying that. She followed up about a week later and said "hey I see your order was delivered did you get it?" Attached to that email was another fake tracking from FedEx. After closely looking at the fake tracking information she sent, it was a package sent to some address in another state. I emailed her back and told her the package never arrived and she sent me an email in error. To this day I've heard nothing from her. I've been currently waiting for a month for something she knows and now I know will not be arriving. They lied!
After reading many reviews, this company at best appears to be uncommitted to doing honest business. In fact, I feel like they are thieves. They'll take your money and not give you your product. Only after you ask for your money back will they return it. If you never ask I guess they just run off with it.
The facts remain clear, this company has been dishonest and have made up lies to cover their tales. I'm so thankful that at least 1 person will read this and not do business with this company. I hope everyone that reads it takes their business elsewhere.

I placed an order November 21st, 2020 for a christmas present. On November 28 I received an email stating my canvas was in production. On November 30, I received another email, but this time from the CEO, stating I should have received my canvas and asked for a review. Since it had only been 2 days, I gave it another week before thinking about email their customer support email address. Sent two emails and filed a paypal dispute before I could receive one email back stating my product was still in production and would be atleast another 5 to 7 business days. This was 3 weeks after the first email stating 5 to 7 business days. Over a month later and my canvas had not even moved. I escalated my paypal claim and after receiving zero info from the company Paypal closed the claim in my favor. Highly suggest reading these reviews before placing an order! You may NEVER receive your order.
Ordered Christmas gift on 12/3/2020, funds withdrawn on 12/4, order confirmation on 12/5 and project started on 12/10. Repeatedly contacted for delivery schedule and repeatedly confirmed delivery before 12/25. On 12/23 advised that it would not arrive until after 12/25 leaving a family member with NO Christmas gift and they issued a whole $10 refund. WOW -- Even the letter from the CEO posted on their website indicates that orders placed between 12/9 and 12 would shipped on 12/20 overnight! The CEO is not honest and does not stand behind his commitments! Full refund is expected immediately!

This company has the worst customers service. They sent me two duplicate prints and can't seem to get the order correct. It takes them a week to return an email and you currently can't contact them by phone. The communication is so bad I can't believe they are in business. Do not order from this company. My order was suppose to be here by Christmas. I ordered a month in advance... No correct order yet. Stay away!
I ordered my print on dec 8th. It's now dec 22 and I just received update that it has been shipped and I won't receive it until the 27th. This is also after I contacted them and they promised I would get it before Christmas. Really disappointed. I do not recommend.
PWe were promised our order would get to us by Christmas if our order was placed before December 8th. We ordered it the 3rd of December. We just received tracking on December 20th and it says we won't get it until December 29th! Horrible to charge us for a product promised to get here by Christmas and it won't even be here! I ordered a Christmas gift for my parents on November 26th. I reached out to the company on December 18th as I had not received a shipping notification. I told them that the item was a Christmas gift. They apologized for the delay and said "I would receive the item." But of course ignored that I needed it by Christmas and had ordered it well in advance to get it. Their response also made it clear that my item still had not been put through to production. I asked them to confirm that I would get it by Christmas, and again was told "I would receive the item." Well, clearly they did not care if I would get the item in time for Christmas because the shipping label was created today (still not delivered to the carrier) and the estimated delivery date is 12/28 (more than a month after I ordered the item). The item is not traveling cross country. It's going from Las Vegas to Phoenix. But it's still going to take 6 days to get here based on the shipping method they chose, even though they knew it was a Christmas gift and the item was ordered in sufficient time to get it here. Horribly disappointed in a company that clearly does not care about its customers based on their response.

I ordered my gift in mid November hoping to get it early. After over a month of waiting it still has not arrived. First They gave me a tracking number that was non existent and said it was a UPS number. After calling UPS, they said that was not the number style they use and its a fake tracking number. After multiple attempts to call Family Gifts co., The voice message system says they are only taking emails, But when you try and email them, Its an automated reply that uses keywords so its not even a real person helping you! After dozens of attempts i finally got a reply from a real person, he said lets wait some more to see if it arrives. After over a month of waiting I think it safe to say its not coming. I tried to get something special for my wife this Christmas but now I'm not going to get it and Family gifts took my money. Thanks Family Gifts!

Ordered the print on Nov 25. Paid additional for framing. Received an email first week of December that it was shipped. Turned out shipping label was created but never shipped. It is now 3 days from Christmas and still no gift. Company has blamed ordering snafu, Fed Ex issues, and everything under the sun as a reason my shipment has net been received. They don't answer the phones on customer service calls, refer everything to email, and don't reply to the emails. I have made multiple requests for a full refund if my order couldn't be completed and received by Christmas, but those requests have been ignored. Am investigating my next steps.

I ordered a canvas as a Christmas gift on 11-14-2020 and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. I recieved a email about a month after my purchase asking how I was enjoying the purchase. So when I emailed back telling them i haven't received it yet they wrote back saying it was still in processing. I've sent multiple emails since asking about my purchase being as its getting ready to be Christmas in 4 days. They sent me tracking info (no good) that I talked to FedEx about and my daughter works at FedEx too, and they say it hadn't been picked up from the warehouse yet.So with this new info I contact them AGAIN and now they've stopped responding all together. I bought one for myself from a company called "Lemons are Blue" that I will use next time and any other time for that matter. I thought I would give business to another family owed business for support. I won't be doing that again. And! I didn't get my discount code until AFTER my purchase was made. Smh! I hope they change their ways.
I will never buy anything from this company ever again. I ordered my gift on 11/28 and here we are to 12/20 and still no order. I have sent repeated emails to the customer service asking if my order will arrive by Christmas and all four emails have a dodgy answer. It's simple question. They are not answering the phone when you call customer service so you have to email and the response time is 2 to 4 days. They claim that fed ex lost a bunch of packages to they needed to replace a bunch of packages. BUT they are sill going to use fed ex. Quite possibly the worst company I've ever ordered anything from and now my parents will potentially not have a gift here by Christmas and that make it look like I dropped the ball. The customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with. I have no proof of purchase because I don't have the package. I honestly feel like its scam.

When I write reviews they are usually positive. Not this one. I understand that packages arrive late for Christmas sometimes. My issue is not with that. My issue is compelte lack of customer service. I placed 2 orders. I in November and 2 weeks later one in December as a gift for my sister. My sisters shipped. In this time I have sent 8 emails to customer service. I have no order number, no tracking number and the only reaponse I received said they were waiting for a response from the warehouse. I even paid extra for the digital copy which at the moment is the only thing I have. I just want a reaponse, someone tontake ownership and research the order and do what is right by the rules of customer experience. At least refund me if you are not going to fill my order. I will not recommend this to anyone.
