I would start off by stating to stay away from this company like many others have. I ordered a portrait on Dec. 10th and have reached out to them via email 3 times. I talked to a lawyer and then asked this company how i could reach them or at least my lawyer. Miraculously they reached out to me with a real tracking number from Fedex. I will supposedly have my portrait two weeks later than promised. The Fedex site shows i will have it 1-7-2021 as it has officially left Texas. Will keep everyone posted of my results. Horrible customer service and terrible company to do business with. Would recommend etsy. I even left the CEO (Kyle Hunt) a message on Linkedin (Dec. 23rd) with no luck of a return message. Very shady company that i believe was overwhelmed by the holiday rush.
I placed my order November 30 it is now December 31 and I still haven't received it! I understand that there some issues with shipping and I have been patient but every time I email I get a different excuse for it not being shipped! The last time they emailed me the said it was placed after the deadline of December 8... I had to do the job of customer service and emailed my order to them and prove it was placed November 30. Nothing like the doing their job for them. Wish I could talk to Kyle Hunt! Or anyone for that matter! My credit card has already been charged... how does that work! Not even shipped!
Ordered a canvas to realize auto correct had changed a spelling. Emailed them withing 12 hours of ordering to correct and they responded after 24 hours to let us know they would do nothing about it. How rude and unprofessional. Who spends 100 dollars on a company for them to not care about their customers? Yet hold up their end of THEIR policy. And you can't call and speak to anyone so you're stuck with a crappy canvas.
Ordered Dec. 1st. A gift for my daughter for xmass. 24 days befor xmass company said it would take 10 to 14 days to recive. Then company said because of snow storm it might be late? Problem is the company is in Fl. And my daughter live in Fl. And the snow storm was on Dec. 21. Not Happy...

I ordered a picture with 5 names on December 5 with the expectation of a 17-19 day delivery per their website. I never received an order confirmation and after sending an email I received a response within 2 days that the order is delayed due to some re-processing issue, but promised a before Christmas delivery. They still did not supply any order number so I waited a few days and replied again asking for an order and status. This time they appologized again, gave me a 10% refund and a high quality digital copy of my photo. Still, no expected ship date or order number. Finally I received a note on Dec-23 telling me my order had shipped, still no shipping details/tracking number but they said it would not be here for Christmas. So I sent another email asking for the tracking number, no response yet after 5 days. Their website, using the eventually provided order number that came with the notice of shipment, says it cannot give me information on shipping, so, I am still in the dark about when, if ever, I'll get my photo, and of course Christmas has passed!
I would NOT recommend this company unless you are in no hurry. I have yet to see the product so I cannot comment on the quality, but, if the customer experience is important to you, better to look elsewhere.
I ordered print 11/26. It never arrived for Christmas. They provide you with fedex tracking number but item never ships. The updates are automated and completely inaccurate. I paid $100 but only received $10 refund. I rather get an honest answer in your gift will not arrive until February or something along th those lines. They have terrible customer service. Please read Facebook comments before you purchase. They told me Christmas day order will not make it.

After seeing Family Gift ads on Facebook, I ordered a canvas for my son on Thanksgiving weekend for a Christmas gift. They advertised a beautiful product and 10-14 day turn around. Shortly after I received emails that the gift was done, then emails that it shipped on December 2nd. The tracking code showed pending for weeks, which I found out means that they printed a label, but never shipped it. After many email, I received generic responses with multiple excuses and broken promises of delivery by Christmas. Of course this didn't happen. I still have yet to receive the product, refund or valid confirmation that they are actually making or shipping or refunding.
I hope this helps anyone thinking of ordering from this company.
I ordered on 11/30 which was before the 12/8 order by Christmas.
On 12/8 I got an email saying my order was in production and on 12/23 I got an email saying it was being shipped.
On 12/24 I emailed customer service and they replied that as of 12/26 the order was still in production and the shipping email was an error.
I can not get am answer to why it is taking soon to get my order.

Ordered on 12/3, plenty of time to receive before Christmas. 12/26 still not here. Tracking impossible, sad.
Terribly disappointed, ordered gift several weeks before Christmas with plenty of time to ship/receive. Never came, family from out of state came and did not get the gift we ordered. According to fedex shipment status it as been sitting in Laredo over 3 weeks with no additional updates. Family leaves tomorrow and if gift ever shows up will have to spend additional shipping to send to them. Think we would rather have our $200+ back at this point
I wouldn't advise sending family or friends a large customized canvas wall art. Even the most well meaning gifts can sometimes be a burden to the recipient.
