I picked the Boat Dock and it is beautiful. The people I gave it to wanted to cry they loved it so much. It did have a flaw on it and I bought the insurance (it is canvas coming thru mail) and they quickly responded to replace it. Instead I got another one with an added name to it and I got 50% off. Great deal I think. This is why a gave 3 stars because of flaw.

I ordered my print on November 2nd so I would get it in time. The website said to wait 4-6 weeks for delivery... well, i got the print on December 29th... AFTER Christmas! NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS COMPANY!
I ended up getting double. Delivery was inconsistent. My 2 items shipped separately even though I placed the order at the same time. Shipping was confusing leading me to think one item has been lost. The 2 items were delivered several days apart with no shipping details other than there should have been 2 boxes.
When I messaged Family Gifts it was many days later that I got a response.
It did not arrive until Wednesday of this week. I had so hoped it would be here for Christmas but the gift was a major success. They loved it I know we love ours Thank you for these amazing memories.

It's amazing that I ordered from other companies just two days prior to Christmas and they were able to fulfill the order and have it mailed out in time for Christmas. I had to order another gift At the last minute so that I didn't disappoint that person and show up empty-handed. I wish I trusted my gut and did not order from a company that I had not used previously. I have used other personalization companies and have gotten my items quite quickly. Even with Covid, I received items from across the country within one or two days. I even was able to mail things on my own and get them there within a day. It's hard to believe that you receive an email that your item is on the way only to wait several weeks and to see that is still "in transit".
Answer: I got an email on 12/23 saying my order was shipping but on 12/26 customer service said that email was sent in error. I ordered in 11/30 and paid extra for the VIP service. What a waste of money and no Christmas prese t as promised if ordered by 12/8
