Very confusing. I placed my order then received an email the order was on hold. I found out from another email this was to finalize artwork- great idea and worked out well. A few days later, an email saying the order shipped, a few days later received email stating my project was being worked on. Then email stating sorry- were having trouble with shipper and lost orders. Then another email with an apology again. All the while my order tracking number stars shipping label created. The product was ordered for Christmas mid November with a ‘delivered' by Christmas. Finally was delivered a week after Christmas. Last time I emailed back my order was lost, then once delivered tracking number says it shipped 12/7. Most confusing order I've ever seen and very frustrating. I had given up on ever seeing anything delivered.
I truly enjoyed these products. The only thing I wish were there was more beach scenes to pick from but the one I got was very pretty. Thanks
The print is beautiful, I've received many compliments on it, but the shipping box arrived damaged. Thank goodness the print was fine, but a stronger shipping box might be necessary.

I did continue receiving messages that there was a problem with my delivery. When I would email back I recieved an automated response. This was a bit frustrating because this was a Christmas gift and 8 did not want it delayed. In the end it did arrive on time and was loved by all.

Ordered a canvas for my daughter in law for Christmas. They had issues with their shipper. I get it 2020 was anything but perfect. They were teriffic with keeping me updated with what was going on. So the gift was delivered the Monday after Christmas. No big deal. Thanks for everything family gifts. Will be doing business again

Answer: I got an email on 12/23 saying my order was shipping but on 12/26 customer service said that email was sent in error. I ordered in 11/30 and paid extra for the VIP service. What a waste of money and no Christmas prese t as promised if ordered by 12/8
