I loved loved loved the product I received it was very nicely done and even though I was very dissapointed I couldn't give the gift to my parents on Christmas Day ( it came the day after) I would give Family gift and Co. Another try because they did send my shipping money back and gave me a free digital copy which I appreciated cause was able to show parents what they were getting

Ordering and gift was great. Getting delivery on time and the wait was longer then i expected. You guys had issues but was unaware about it. I had to email you about my order before you realize anything going on. Guys need do better follow up with company or review your orders better.

The customer service was excellent as was the product. The only complaint I have is that I ordered my gift as a Christmas present, more than 3 weeks before Christmas, and it did not arrive before Christmas.
Initially, contact with the company was often to get my print the way I wanted it. While the print turned out beautifully after 3 weeks and multiple unanswered emails asking for status updates a very nice woman finally replied. Still didn't receive it when I needed it(was a gift for Christmas eve).

Answer: I got an email on 12/23 saying my order was shipping but on 12/26 customer service said that email was sent in error. I ordered in 11/30 and paid extra for the VIP service. What a waste of money and no Christmas prese t as promised if ordered by 12/8
