After ordering in late November, i received an E-mail with tracking that the item was shipped. For 2 weeks the tracking stated that the item has not reached the carrier. I tried to contact Family Gifts, and was only able to communicate through E-mail. I explained the problem and the response was that it had been shipped and i was given another tracking #, which still had the same status. Finally i dug further into their website and there was a small article stating that their shipping provider lost all of their packages. We did end up getting our item after Christmas with no apology or any partial refund. It was a very nice picture, but in the end, i was not happy with the communication.

Ordered a canvas for my mom for a Christmas present on November 26 still haven't got a tracking number and it's January 1 2021 tried calling but nothing sent them messages and they just keep sending me the same thing over and over that I'll have it before Christmas well what it's past Christmas and I still don't have what I ordered they sent me a email saying they'd refund me $9.99 still haven't got that either after I spent a $100 this company is nothing but a scam.

I ordered 2 different times and the first one was great. The second order was not! I think it was forgotten or just misplaced it took forever to get it. Actually came late Christmas eve
First let me say that I love the product and the service and follow up. Emails updating me almost everyday. This was a gift to my wife for Christmas and it did not disappoint in anyway. She loves this as much as I do. It is now hanging proudly in our entrance way for all to see. *****

I placed my order at the end of November with the understanding that it would be here in time for Christmas. The status given was pretty vague, just that my order was processing and now estimated time to ship or deliver. I did contact customer service and they ensured me if my order was placed prior to Dec 5, it would be delivered by Christmas. They did give me a $10 refund. However, when my order shipped, it did not provide a tracking number or estimated delivery date. My order was finally delivered on Dec 31.
Some of this may be due to COVID and other oddities with shipping lately. However, it was a b discouraging to not be able to give this gift at the time we celebrated Christmas with our family.

Saw the sample and loved it. Ordered it. A couple weeks went by and hadn't heard so I emailed and a few days later it shipped. Got it and it didn't have the "EST" in front of the birth date like the sample so I emailed about it and they said they sent a confirmation email with what it looked like and they didn't hear back so they printed and shipped it anyways. Since then I've been trying to return it or get another printed the right way and haven't had any luck so now I just want my money back!

Answer: I got an email on 12/23 saying my order was shipping but on 12/26 customer service said that email was sent in error. I ordered in 11/30 and paid extra for the VIP service. What a waste of money and no Christmas prese t as promised if ordered by 12/8
