This review gets 2 stars because after waiting 4 days to get my vehicle
Fair is a brilliant alternative to long term locked in leasing! I started a commission only position and didn't want to be locked into a 3 year lease. I have a friend who used fair and she suggested checking it out. You will NOT be disappointed! The app is really easy to use
I was in desperate need of a car so I figured I give it a shot I downloaded the app submitted my info and picked a 2017 Nissan Versa an paid $700 down for it with extra mileage an insurance it took 15/25 minutes overall I picked up my car later that day I spent a total of 40 minutes in the dealership I can honestly say I don't get the bad reviews I haven't had a problem with the app or customer service my overall experience was awesome so far my only complaint would be that I wish I got approved for a bigger selection of cars if you need a car it won't hurt to give them a try
I don't leave many reviews you select a car they ""confirm its availability"" and then after 24-48 hours they move forward with you providing proof of insurance and identity. Once they receive payment you can book a time to get your car. Easy right? The problem I ran into was the ""Confirm it's availability"". See Fair posts cars that the dealers don't even have yet they post cars the dealers haven't even mechanically looked into yet and they post cars that have already been sold. The amount of postings that aren't available have to be over half! It's so frustrating choosing a car
I drive for Uber and time is money. I thought I was gonna hit the road fast and furious with this app
I tried to rent a car to drive for Uber. I paid the weekly deposit (185$) and the first weekly payment (201$). For some weird reason nobody cared they said I would have to wait 5-7 business days for some help or 10 days to have my money back. I hope someone can get in touch and make me change my mind and my review but so far 1 star and worst company ever."
It should of give option for new vehicles also and filter by mark and model.
I just moved from PR im just saying if you do get one bad car they're not going to help you."
Don't do it. I signed up + yes it was easy to get a car. But when I went through a hit + run accident. My own personal insurance (Gieco) was on it with resolving the issue
Some of these payments are higher than a new lease at the dealership
So my first question is what's going on with the app it has literally been frozen for days I delete and download again and nothing. Secondly
I have been trying since yesterday to sign up for a van. I found the one I want easily
Overall this a great app & it definitely is worth using if you need access to a vehicle. I've had interesting experiences with the customer service but Thom & Adam made me forget about the past experiences with their promptness & assertiveness. I greatly appreciate you two & the fair app for the wonderful experiences I was able to have while having one of their vehicles :)
Bad service I paid and signed the contract on Monday and until Wednesday still have no car.! Slapstick"
So far so good picked up my new Chrysler 200 at the dealership after completed all necessary paperwork with fair via app oh and I'm a say very impressed is long as you have everything you need to complete the process like insurance drivers license etc. etc. Plus in the basement and fair really comes throug
I had never heard of this app before until I walked into a dealership and was offered an alternative to lease a car instead. The dealership helped me and got the exact car and specifications I needed. My recommendation is to use the app at your nearest dealership so that way the experience is better and you can see if the car you want is available. It took me less than an hour to have the car picked out and all the paperwork done. I walked out of the dealership with a 2016 Mazda 3 with less than 7
The idea of this company is very cool and intriguing but they have the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my life. Can't even express how I will never consider this company even if they get their act together. Poor customer service and they don't have your back if something goes wrong with the vehicle. They charge another start payment regardless if it's their fault for another vehicle. They leave you car-less for over 2 weeks after returning a vehicle. They continue to charge your bank even after vehicle is returned. They ruin your credit with countless credit checks. You can't ever get in touch with an educated individual on the phone. Garbage company. Good idea. Good luck..
I remember using this awhile back just to browse and see what all the hype was about and it was okay... So recently I decided to try it once more because out of the 3 cars I outright own I was getting bored and wanted something fresh without shelling out cash for another car (I pay in full for my cars)... And now I had to enter all this detailed information so it could decide how much it thinks I can afford a month Hellcat SRT 392 Daytona" etc. same with the Mustangs. Also the listings are all over the place you can find the same car with same mileage etc. for hundreds cheaper a month I suppose you can search "low to high" but there is such a high discrepancy between listings it gets annoying having to "hunt around" for the best listing. In conclusion; It asks too much info just to look Calculates your spending limit inaccurately (in my case at least) Does not cater to someone looking for something car specific Isn't very organized (listings ESPECIALLY) I'm guessing is catered to the average joe just looking for something anything."
This app not even letting me pick a car and keep giving error messages
Keyana and Fred was very helpful we came across a small problem but the handled it with great care and great customer service -ZhaneE
Fair is a new way to get a used car that lets you lease a pre-owned vehicle completely digitally – and for as long as you want. Use your phone or the web to shop cars with monthly payments that fit your budget, get approved in-app, sign for the one you want with your finger, then drive it month-to-month for ultimate flexibility, or on a 2-year or 3-year lease if you want the best value.
