I've ordered multiple pairs and they always exceed my expectations. They are always durable when it comes to their product. They are always great when it comes to communication and delivery

My prescription sunglasses were exactly what u was hoping for and they were delivered quickly (approximately 1 week).

The experience with Eye Buy Direct was exceptional. No issue with ordering, fast delivery and great quality glasses.

I had ordered 2 pair of reader glasses in 2019. I ordered one lens with 1.25 power and the other clear. The order then went fine. By 2025, I had broken both pair and wanted to do a reorder. The previous frames were discontinued so I selected some others. The problem came with applying the old prescription to the new pair. The process is not very clear at all. I had to call your customer service to get help. The woman helped me but it shouldn't have been necessary.

I think your site needs to de-emphasize the frames and make the build process simpler. The way you have your site now, you are constantly changing pages and you lose track of where you are.

I suggest that you change the SEQUENCE and layout for ordering on your site:
1) The user creates/saves multiple prescription profile(s) for future use.
2) The user applies the prescription(s) to frame(s)
3) The users selects options for the prescription/frame combo he has assembled.

Importantly, the 3 columns of choices would be on the screen at the same time, left to right: prescriptions, frames, addl. Options so you can see all the ordered glasses(s) all at once as you're building your order.
Of course the subtotals and total price would be tallied on the page as you go along.

Lastly, repeating a previous order at a later date (assuming the frames are still being sold) should be VERY easy. It would show: my purchase history, a button that reads "Reorder" then straight to checkout.

I normally buy glasses from here as a backup for my Costas and they always break after about a year. Good thing they are inexpensive.

Glasses are great and prices are amazing. The virtual try on is awesome. However, you send ENDLESS emails, mailers, and text messages selling me more glasses. No matter what I do to unsubscribe - you keep sending me marketing messages. It's illegal, annoying, and just the worst.

Love my experience every time I order! I won't go anywhere else for glasses after finding this site! So reasonable and easy to navigate!

Last pair of glasses I got where a piece of the nose pad broke, I got another pair but the same thing happened with the new pair. Also, some of the enamel chipped off.

It was difficult to match new selections with previous prescriptions. Much better now. Current rating would be five stars. Four stars based on historical experience over many years.

The process, tryon, and ordering is easy and clear. Although I have had one pair of glasses break (the lense popped out and the frame broke) with normal wear and tear, I trust Eyebuydirect and recommend it to everyone!

My first order arrived with a problem in the lens construction. I still do not know whose fault it was. Mine in mis-reporting the prescription or theirs in an error in construction. But I reported it and my new glasses arrived very quickly and they were perfect. I am so impressed with their on-line cust.serv. And their efficiency in handling the replacement.
