I've ordered multiple items for my 97 Wrangler and everything has been delivered in a timely manner and items have worked out great.
The person that I ordered my product with was knowledgeable and helpful. I plan on contacting him again for more information and products.
Found a very specific open box item I needed for my JK (halo headlights w/o harness, as I'm already wired in). Price was very fair, and parts showed up in great condition. If you buy open box, do allow a little extra time as it won't be pulled from regular inventory. Once the item shipped it arrived very, very quickly.
I love ordering from you guys but i got sent the wrong part and no header knobs. I need to send this back
Over all it is a great bumper. Love the powder coat finish. A few issues though
One little spot on top of the bumper between big and little tube that the powder
Did not stick about a half inch circle ( no problem I touched it up). The bolts that
Fasten the bottom of the bumper to the mounting plates seem to be just a little short
I just left the lock washer of until I get a longer bolt. Last was the fog light bolts would not work
Their may have been a powder coat issue in the holes. I just used self taping screws.
Other than that I really like it. I've got the rear bumper coming.
Haven't put the remote start in yet. But seems like a good product with instructions and asked about a possible video and received an email on where to watch. Happy with my deal with Extreme Terrain. Haven't received my last order yet.
Tire shop said one of the rims had to be used for the spare, don't know if it was bent or hard to balance they didn't leave an explanation

I received an email telling me my item is out for delivery 3 different times and STILL have NOT received my item. Very dissatisfied with delivery method/process.

But I was not satisfied with the condition of my products condition when delivered. The box was totally destroyed and luckily everything thing looks to be okay.I guess I'll find out when I go to install.

I tried buying several items. My first order was cancelled, my sales rep said this software they have will sometimes cancel an order. We reentered all the information again and the sale was delayed several days. (ordered tires, wheels, running boards) It finally came in and everything was great. I then tried to order a lift kit, decals and tire sensors. Again my order was cancelled. My sales rep was also frustrated and said he didn't know why it was cancelled again. I then went to a local shop and bought the lift kit ($1300.00) and other items needed. You have a great "Business Prevention Department" I'm shopping else where now.
I ordered jk bow assembly and arrived in reasonable time. Opened to find missing left hand bow mount bracket. Now delayed on installing until able to get part

I'm sorry you were missing the left hand bow mount bracket! I tried to call and left a voicemail. I went ahead and started a hardware request to have the missing bracket shipped to you. Only thing we need to complete the hardware request is a couple photos of what you did receive. You should get an email requesting photos to process that hardware request. Once we have the photos, our operations team will reach out to the manufacturer (Smittybilt) and request the missing bracket to be shipped ASAP.

Only took 10 minutes to install! My 15 yo. Put it in for me lol Not only holds your phone, but also has a convenient little shelf to put whatever you need!
I was expecting my part on a certain day. Shipment was delayed. I know these things happen sometime. But this was my only day off and I waited all day only to receive notification that it would not come until next day. We'll that just doesn't work for me. I have to go back to work and being an over the road trucker, I don't know when I'll get back home to install part. Very disappointed.

Received order in the time frame stated which was great because it was a Christmas present. We have not installed it yet but it seems to be just as shown on the internet.
Had a problem with the order it was fixed properly without hassle extreme terrain rep was very grateful and helpful.
I had to return an item that I bought but when I went to install it found out that it wouldn't work so I had to send back and the customer service person was very helpful in getting the process going for and in all took me ten minutes from start to finish with me having returned label
Starting to replace old tired parts on my 94 yj and this is the best place to find what I need. Good quality and prices.
I installed my new tonneau cover today. It looks great and fits great. Easy install with provided hardware.
