My body chemistry does not respond to generic progesterone. I have to use brand name, my physician has written do not substitute. I now have to pop at 492.00 per month. I appealed it and was denied literally in 2 minutes on the phone.
Cannot get reimbursed for prescription paid for out of pocket. Making me submit more forms that I have already submitted. They say that it cannot be reviewed over the phone and I have to resubmit. Not professional
I had to make a change to my payment information. The rep immediately started telling what she can't do and didn't ask any questions. Then argued with me. All I wanted to do was change my cc information. Very poorly trained customer service staff. The service is great as long as you don't need help from a live person. If you can just search for better alternative. Or just google-search for 'TOPA2GET' and you forget about any probs getting rx.
This is the worst customer service I've ever received. Prescriptions aren't filled in a timely manner, customer service contacts you and doesn't take the information you give them, and the representatives sound incoherent and not at all present while you're talking to them. It's been two weeks since I've been able to fill a simple multivitamin refill for my child express scripts is totally incapable of helping me do so.
Called about a important life med and get the run around after the stupid employee couldn't understand what I was talking about. No importance in his voice sounded like I was bothering him. Then he proceeds to talk slower like I was deaf or crazy. Dear people in charge re- train your telephone reps ASAP
Express Scripts do not care about a customers needs. Traveling out of town and forgot my meds. Express scipts would not help me get meds from a local pharmacy. Wanted to penalize me because I just had the med filled last month. I only need enough to get me through the week (4 tablets - 1 per day). Instead, they wanted to charge me an unreasonable cost for it. They are ok with leaving me stranded out of state from home without a medicine that is crucial to my heath.
Used them for years with minimum problems. This time my Rx refills were not received. The delivery agent who was used by Tricare/Express Script's [DHL in this case] as delivered to mailbox. The RX was not there. It is a typical neighborhood central mailbox in a gated community with little or no theft issues. Pills are not there and DHL says they show that the pills were delivered and isn't their problem. I must contact the Tricare/ExpressS. After several tries I get someone. He tells me it is Express Scripts and Tricare policy that a drug shown as delivered by their agent [DHL] is a done deal. No refund if customer says they did not get it. I had to pay another $50 to get the drugs I needed. Lesson learned. All future RX will got to a traditional pharmacy where it will cost me the same, but at least I'll get the bag of pills put in my hand. Word to you all... Express Scripts isn't just unreliable it's like negotiating with a terrorist.
I paid $4000. 00 for 1 RX I have a $5600. 00 family deductible Express Scripts only gave me $2800. 00 credit towards my deductible. After 100 plus phone calls Blue Cross Blue Shield calling them they still will not give me credit for the entire amount I paid in January. So I am out $1200. 00.
I get Constant Delays in a medication that has a Pre Auth in place. I have spent at least 16 hours over a period of several days on the phone wiith them and they had the nerve to stop the processing to try and figure out what's going on. The Prior Auth is good for a year, and I have gotten but 2 fills out of them, 1 for 60 days and 1 for 90 days. The prior auth ends next month... There's something seriously wrong with Express Scripts and thier policies. I'm sorry I ever switched. If could select 0 stars, I would selct it 5 times!
Express is unreliable, expensive, and more importantly distrustful. They do not ship when and how requested by physicians. Customer service is horrible.
They know nothing and will provide wrong information just to get you off the call. Do not use!
I placed my order with "express" scripts June 9. They shipped it June 17 via DHL. It is June 25 and I have yet to receive my medication. DHL tracking indicates it will be delivered. Nobody at DHL except M-F daytime. Horrible service for someone responsible for delivering medication.
They are likely the most expensive provider of pharmacudicals in the country. They do not work with any Drug discount and grantor companies or organizations. Go anywhere else if at all possible. Their customer service frankly sucks. They simply do not care.
They just called me (I have never heard of them nor have I ever don't business with them) letting a Judy know about a prescription update. A woman with a foreign accent who corrected herself said "excuse me, the parents of Judy." So either this is legitimate but they need some serious training which is scary considering Judy/parents of Judy and other customers most likely will not get their medicine. OR this is a scare tactic scam and they are targeting random people expecting them to naively call back to clear their name by providing their actual information as clarification.
Either way. Long story short, someone from this company called me when I never gave them my number and then they left me a voicemail for someone who I am not regarding their medicine and left very sensitive information in this message. Get right, people. Get right.
I am a diabetic and started to use Express Script this year 2022 as per Cigna that they could save me money and was approved for us to use. I ordered my medication on Feb 2 and according to the report on my account, the medication is still in process. I called them and was told it will be until Feb 18 when it will be shipped to me and will take approx. 3 days to get it to deliver. In the meantime, I am out of medication (Insulin). I called the pharmacy that I was using before and they told me that they would help me but it was going to cost me $268.00 for one pen or $568.00 for 3 months' supply. My insurance could not cover it because I had already ordered from Express Script. Wish I had read the reviews before.
Express keep automatically refilling and charging me for an old prescription. I told them to cancel it, but they always tell me it too late as it has already been sent to processing. It was over $300 and they wont return my money
My daughter needs a steroid for her EOE and must take medication twice a day. The doctor wrote the prescription properly and Express Scripts refuses to fill it for 90 days, will only send me enough for 45 days. They can not understand that it is written for twice a day, and will not fill it properly. The doctor himself called their "pre-authorization" dept and made it clear, and Express Scripts finally told me it would be "filled properly next time". Guess what? The next time I called they wouldn't do it, said I needed, yep, a prior authorization! They have their heads up their butts, they are the worst prescription company ever, they are incompetent and uneducated.
ES never sent out my medication. Ran Out and had to call again. Unfortunately they could not fill the order Saturday Sunday Monday was a holiday Tuesday they say they will overnight it. Maybe i'll will see it Wensday. Totally unacceptable.
How can you, as a company, deny a Type 1 diabetic their insulin? This is beyond unethical. You think you know more about what medication I should take than my endocrinologist? I expect an answer. No one can tell me why.
I submitted a reimbursement claim over three weeks ago and this company has no record of it. Upon looking up my info, there was an incorrect account linked to mine. I asked if i should or could resibmit copies and the representative told me to just be patient. This is my first experience with a claim and needless to say it has not been satisfactory. If you have a choice, avoid this company!
I have to call Express Scripts several times a year to straighten out problems! They always blame it on the Doctors. My Doctors are caring hard working professionals. They do not make mistakes when working with myself. Why would I think they would make mistakes working with Express Scripts? Express Scripts is inflexible! I work all over the country. They will not ship items to P. O. boxes, even when I've made previous arrangements with the box to refrigerate the items when they arrive. They're people will not make a call to fix a problem. They say they're an inbound call center only! If you have the chance to use another company, do it!
Answer: Fairly easy. They are just rude and incompetent. Delaying filling prescriptions.
Answer: It's a legit company with the worlds worst service
Answer: No. And since hell would have to freeze over before I ever actually do purchase anything from Express Scripts I want to have a success story.
Answer: I pay a monthly charge which is part of my Medicare Supplement Insurance. The total premium is $439 a month but it also covers other charges Medicare does not. Then for each drug Express Scripts charges a maximum of $20 for 90 pills if generics are used. Non generics depend on the medicine; they can be much more expensive.
Answer: I had no choice, it is the only option through my employer.
