They are really good in caring about a individual student's needs. I am good English writing but little weak in speaking. And I expressed my weakness through mail, after attempting 2 on call assessments. Still they supported, by considering my mail.

Terrible experience during the live audio assessment. My assesseors name was Corey. He was extremely rude when I asked a question about the assessment. He spoke to me as if I was an idiot.
The website offers help and support - after this session I was left in tears after being spoken to SO disrespectfully. My assessment was at 8:15am I was not expecting to be spoken to so rudely this early in the morning!
I would not recommend this service to anyone.
I have my first shift today and after this Disrespectful incident I am left feeling shaken up.
The company should not have people assessing if the are not going to be helpful.

When you paid, then they will alot process to wait quite call assessment if like this take other offline course better and get certificate the day.
This website should be avoided and you should do your rsa at tafe. They catch you off guard with the ridiculous amount of positive reviews that were probably botted. I should of done more research before doing my nsw rsa with them. Its not acceptable to never be able to get a booking for the live audio assessment and your only choice is to pay priority. I'll take it on the chin as this is one of the most regretful services i have paid for. Get your RSA at tafe.
Waste of money and time fraud people only thing they want benefit from government by using your USI
In the end, make you pay the fees and then can't provide any certificate by saying you that breach of policies.
Live assessment Assessors are rude on the calls (two months waste)
This training would be one of the worst I have experienced. This includes the process of being marked incorrect for a typo or even the full use of a title instead of the Acronym they wanted. I highly recommend looking somewhere else. When there are tech issues on their end, their customer service is lacking or completely unavailable.
If you need the certificate immediately or within two weeks, you will have to pay a $100 priority fee as all bookings with an accessor are booked out. This is just for an RSA which costs $19.
I personally wouldn't recommend. I'm having issues and there's no to minimal help. I'm in the last few questions and I'm getting no constructive help. Just time after time of being rejected of proceeding any further.
I had to pay 17 dollars and the website charged me 50, I contacted the support and they said they can't do anything about it. There were more modules left to what I was told I had left.
Did the full course, passed. Booked the live phone call assessment twice because they ring but it's only a pop up screen so missed the calls. My mobile never rang out loud when they supposedly rang so missed both bookings. Husband rang my phone and yes my phone was on loud and clear. Very frustrating, extremely disappointing to pay for this and get nowhere. Will do my RSA through Tafe proper. This company is a waste of time and money. Avoid at all cost.
It's a scam you do all the questions then it's says you have completed it and asked you to pay more and more money. Disgusting
1. They say, "pay when you pass". That's not true. You pay at the end of the multiple choice questions. THEN you have to do video and phone-call assessments in order to pass. 2. They say your certificate is "instant", implying as soon as you complete the online requirements, you can download the certificate. That is not true. There is a lengthy, drawn out process of many days after that as you wait for them to first assess the videos, and only then will the system allow you to book your appointment time for the phone call (and the earliest time may be days away). 3. They say, "no hidden fees or nasty surprises". But if you want the process to go quicker--to be closer to "instant", as they advertise it to be--you are invited to pay an additional $109 for "priority service". Since making the mistake of using them, I have met person after person who studied elsewhere and got their RSA certs within 24-36 hours of beginning the course (WITHOUT having to pay extra fees for expedited service). 4. Instead of apologizing for their misleading advertising, and seeking to change it, they are defensive, unhelpful and inflexible, refusing refunds and continuing to advertise misleading claims. 5. On their website, they get students to leave reviews BEFORE paying and realising there is way more to go. So I gave them a good review for the multiple choice questions only, thinking it was the whole course. I would not have left a positive review, had my feedback been sought at the very end of the process.
Could not get a booking for a phone call for MONTHS. Then when i eventually did, i booked a time, then they called me an hour before hand. I was not expecting it and was busy. I booked another time and they called me TWO hours beforehand. I was busy. They don understand that some poeple cannot drop everything and run to the phone, i took time out of my studies to book both of the times. And yet they did not respect the fact that i had stipulated a time frame, they just call when they please.
I have given up on eot now, im finding somewhere else

If I could I'd give zero stars. This website is designed to make money off of people who are seeking education. Being online their website is riddled with issues yet conveniently they have that covered in terms and conditions. So if you have been redirected incorrectly you can not get a refund for the costs you've incurred. The course itself is unnecessarily convoluted and you will. Waste time trying to complete all the different sections which takes ages to do but then at 80% completion you have to do an online assessment which is virtually impossible to book. Unless that is if you wanted to select a priority booking which shock horror costs more money i looked a month in advance and all spots were booked so its fairly clear its designed for you to need to pay more money. The rsa is now national yet they are offering state rsa's which im not sure are even recognised after all of this i was treated with no consideration whatsoever and as I mentioned my request for refund was conveniently refused. I never got the feeling I was cared about as a student at all.
This website intentionally leads you on with "dont pay until you finish!" And "watch out for scams other sites use" but its all smoke and mirrors. After completing the initial 136 questions to pass their test they say that you've completed and then ask for their payment, which is more than they originally quoted, after which they force you to give them a review before proceeding, and then they ask you to submit documents and record yourself answering questions which "an assessor will review when they are available", this doesn't happen for days, at the end of which they tell you to book in a time slot with an assessor to call you so that you can answer more questions however all the timeslots are listed as fully booked so you cannot progress and you lose your money.
Absolutely a scam, do not use this site.
Sat through the rsa course and came to the final live audio assessment. After realizing the earliest booking was a month away, i paid for the priority service (115 dollars). The assessor was rude, short, patronizing, and hung up on me. I wouldn't go through this website again, I feel belittled.
EOT are not fair regarding fees. After scrolling through their website a couple of weeks ago when searching for an online rsa course, i was led to believe i would pay a set amount - long story short i am paying more than expected. The final component of the assessment is an over the phone audio thing where i am expected to respond to two questions. I was asked one question. Answered it. Passed. Then was told by the assessor to book another time for second question - imagine weird kind of frown creep across my forehead. So i check avail time on their website to do this so i can complete this darn thing and i cant get anything for weeeeeeeks. My only option is to book whats called a 'priority' time costing more moola. This industry is super competitive and probs needs tighter Gov regulations.
This training place is an absolute joke. We have been waiting three weeks for a simple white card and every time we contact them we get messed around. An 18 year old boy has lost the chance at a job for life because of the poor service provided by this pathetic training company. You should be completely shut down and disgusted with the service you are not supplying. I have only given you 1 star because there is no option for negative stars. Ridiculous...
Answer: The course is flexible for you to do (sign in and sign out, and your Student Dashboard will tell you where you're up to). The course takes (about) 6hours. Your assessments along the way are marked before releasing the next one. Final assessments include doing onscreen presentations of about 2mins each, for (about) 10 items I think. Then it takes 1-3 business days for them to assess your Finals.
Answer: Once you've done the 5 sections then you have to do a Final Assessment and audio/video presentations. Sign back onto your account and check your Student Dashboard as it will tell you what you still need to complete.
