My experience was with the location in Henderson Texas. My sales rep or my rental rep was Kendall. Most well dressed professional exceptional and I can't even put into words the rest for him. For somebody to go above and beyond everything he does with his company for his customers shows a lot. Do you want a place that will make you really appreciate humanity and allow you to know that humanity still exists This is that place. I was given a 3/4 ton Dodge four-wheel drive 2024 and no bad reviews are to be given because the truck exceeded it's expectations. But can we go back to the person who helped me I'm grateful that theirs people like this still exist. A warm smile goes a long way but a smile that really stands out and has true meaning behind it with appreciation would definitely describe this person. Very helpful very knowledgeable and very understandable. Go check them out see if they do the same for you. Glad I'm able to share my experience with everyone else.
I just wanted to share how amazing my experience was with Enterprise! I came in last minute, right before closing, and everyone was still so welcoming and eager to help. I had family visiting as a surprise, and their staff went above and beyond to get me set up with a car that worked perfectly for us. The customer service was outstanding—I truly felt taken care of. Thank you for making a potentially stressful situation so easy and pleasant!
I have been flying a lot, to visit my terminally ill mother. It's been so hard and then I arrive at Sacramento enterprise, and I leave so happy. These employees are the BEST customer service, I've ever experienced. If I was given a free rental elsewhere, I'd refuse it. That's how great they are. The night manager and all of the employees are extremely helpful. David ( at drop off) personally drives me to the terminal, cause he knows my situation is so hard. I forgot to give him a tip and actually sent him a card. They deserve this review. Don't go anywhere else….you will be so happy to be part of this group.
Booked online, but they had no cars when arrived less than an hour later. They did offer me a diesel Mini-bus, all they had left, which I eventually took. The price was not right either, because I got there slightly before the time in the reservation it tired to charge me an additional day. We discussed the issue's long enough the price reset so that resolved, but not before I tried another agency. On the plus side, the staff were super friendly and the vehicle was decent despite the size.
Over our years of travel we have had some horrendous experiences. Enterprise is our number one choice for customer service, vehicle maintenance, responsiveness, and making us feel like part of their family! Kudos to the team and company for being a reliable car rental company who is beyond compare

I often use enterprise for business and leisure. Booking, pickup and drop off is easy and quick. I've had a vehicle issue once and they quickly took care of it. Renting with enterprise, you don't have to worry about your trip. You will be set up and ready to go make memories.
Trying to resolve an issue with my reservation through the call center after a cancelled flight was a total disaster. We all deal with call centers on a regular basis. This was the worst. Spoke with five different people over 2 days. Not a single one did what was asked - despite saying that they were taking care of it.
I rented a vehicle through Geico while my car was in the shop due to an accident. When I arrived at Enterprise, I was promptly greeted and provided with a very nice vehicle. However, the convertible sports car didn't suit my needs as a mother of four, including two teenagers. The staff quickly accommodated me with a more family-friendly vehicle, and while we waited, everyone was incredibly kind. The customer service at this location is top-notch. The vehicle was great, but what truly sets this location apart is the employees. They even followed up with a call after drop-off, going the extra mile to make me feel like a valued customer.

From start to finished the customer service and professionalism was outstanding. Mine was an unexpected rental due to a mechanics error so I was not impressed with the situation but all three office front representatives were nothing short of patient kind understanding and professional. Rayne is the one name i can recall. There was another female and a male.

Great experience. The staff was super helpful and just overall 10/10 with customer service and don't even get me started on the car. Lol I enjoyed driving it immensely and it was very clean upon getting it.

Main reason for 3 stars was the condition of the cars we used - all head check engine lights on. Our confidence driving in a place we were not familiar with added a lot to our anxiety. Calls for help were unanswered. All this did take significant amount of time from our vacation unfortunately. Please be sure to run the cars a bit before venturing out long distances with them.
Enterprise is a great company with wonderful staff members. If you can add Sundays to your work days, it'll be deeply appreciated. You non-work on Sundays makes most of your customers feel bad as we're unable to rent or return on vehicles Sundays. That's the only thing they need to improve on.

Originally had a one way rental and ended up changing, customer service on the phone never came back to me. But David from the branch took over and fixed it all! Quick, efficient, kind and most importantly fair. Never made me pay for anything extra and fixed the entire reservation for me so it would fit my new updated situation. Thank you David!

Great staff, great service. Check in was fast, efficient and highly professional. I had the same great experience returning the car. I could not be more pleased. I have been renting vehicles from the South Elgin location for many years and they always do a first-class job!
We rented a car that ended up being too small for our family. Thankfully the Enterprise employee was so helpful and quickly found us another car that comfortably fit our family of seven.

Got the vehicle for a good price, everything worked well, the vehicle was clean, and the whole operation went smoothly from start to finish. I would definitely consider this option again for another road trip.
