There singles are not only professionals or educated. What a joke!

Tech issues galore! No phone number to contact! Chat message sends you to a site to pay $1 to address your issue... perspective contacts are rarely within parameters... get messages from people from places I've never heard of and I stated in profile less than 50 miles. Messages supposedly sent... not there or get message they are not a member anymore.

Total crap! Did not even send 1 person that fit in to my criteria! All super old, lived far, zero quality. I'd rather get the fake vaccine then date one person they sent. I am thinking of telling my credit card company to not pay them and/or fight the charges. If you ask for a certain ethnicity, religion or whatever and they just send you the opposite its a scam in my book. 100% $#*!

Member profile for Bill ( former corporate attorney, 66 years old,, St Louis, Missouri) is FALSE. He is 76 years old,, was never an attorney and has a documented history of sexually harassing women. This was verified by public records, news articles and an internet search. Reported to ' customer service' they did not remove his profile. Filed complaint with Police. This man has had previous violations and misdemeanors. PLEASE PROTECT YOURSELF against this unstable preditor.

Do NOT waste your time, they take your money and do NOT deliver. Your options are limited, you are given less than a handful a day and they are no-where within your selection criteria showing there is no point to filling out the questionnaire. DO NOT USE ELITE SINGLES.

Main complain: tons of scammers. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. Far from being elite. You get exposed, waste your time trusting you are talking to a real person and in the end they turn to be fake. And they are good. Believe me ladies, they are very good! The app is very poorly developed. Lots of bugs. I wish I could get a refund

Very pricey. Over $200 for the least expensive option. Matches are not matches and are in direct conflict of what I have as my preferences. Background, age and education don't match at all with most coming from out of State. My fault for being fooled by their marketing. A shame and disappointment to those legitimately searching for a partner.

I set a 50 mile radius. The majority (90%) of the daily matches are a hundred miles or more from Syracuse NY.

This is the worst dating site I have ever been on. I live in OH... they sent me profiles from Canada Pennsylvania, Michigan... terrible. They also send the same profiles day after day. Beware they will not refund your money after 3 days. Getting hold of customer care nearly impossible... DON'T waste your money...

I wish I had came to sites like this first, but like many people I trust organisations to do right by their customers. EliteSingles though are prejudiced towards business profits and willing exploit a human need for connection to get those profits. The algorithm used by EliteSingles is less than optimal, actually its downright terrible

You will find most of the so called ideal matches will leave you wondering - ideal matches that are drip-fed to you at a rate of 4 to 5 profiles per week. You are expected to make a connection with these ideal matches - profiles that more often than not, do not have a photo and are incomplete profiles. When I raised this as an issue, I was informed that not all those sent as ideal matches have paid membership and, although EliteSingles encourages everyone to upload a photo and complete their profile, not all possible ideal matches have completed their profiles.

EliteSingles will also remind you that they send you 20 wildcard matches per occasion. Although all these matches have photos, the majority again are not paying members. The matches who live anywhere from 2,000kms to 6,000kms away are not even close to your criteria. EliteSingles encourages you to message all marches - literally you pay your membership for EliteSingles to use you as bait to get others to join!

I paid for a six-month subscription and have made sure I cancelled the automatic renewal. Reality is the dollars are of little consequence but the outcomes have been most unsatisfying, and the way EliteSingles have treated me as a customer deeply disturbing.

What an unbelievable waste of time and money! Where do I begin? Well I guess with their app which crashes every other day with a red sign that comes down and says the operation can't be completed log out and log in again. Of course I did that twice and even rebooted my phone and again I get the red drop down so I can't do anything on the app.
I specifically configured in my profile that I only want matches 50 miles or less from my location-about one hour. About 90% of my matches or two or even three hours away! What about the ones who are within my requested area? Not one single match in our profiles nothing to connect us. There is no support nobody to contact nobody to email. I'm definitely going to cancel my membership, which is three months, and I still have at least two to go and I would love to get a partial refund for that time but I'm sure that aint gonna happen. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. Unless of course you want to waste an incredible amount of money and never meet anybody.

Horrible customer care service, the website is not that popular as advertising. Be prepare to see small number of members on the website. You have to pay large amount of money upfront, and you won't get refund so easily like their advertising. It is real scam. The website says, you will be matched with numbers of people / day. Reality, there are only a few people / day. I guarantee, you will be disappointed with elitesingle dating. I still want my money back :((

They take your money and then try to push you into upgrades. They won't respond to their crappy apps disfunctions. Do not join

The matching algorithm is so poorly designed that it doesn't even respect the specified age group you are requested to fill out. It even asks you the importance level of the range you indicated. The same thing for other parameters, such as ethnicity preferences or height. Why even ask if this isn't even respected in the proposed matches. As an example, the age matches have been up to 32 yrs older than I have entered. I would say the majority are 10-15 yrs above my requested range. Same scenarios with the other parameters. I am extremely disappointed. In addition, the app itself doesn't work well and is out of sync with the web version. Pictures don't show up half the time or what you see on the web version isn't reflected on the app version. Very disappointing. I reached out to their support which is difficult to find and no response back from anyone months later. The concept of this site would have been otherwise a good one. But in practice, it's a total miss. I would absolutely not recommend to join. A total waste of money.

Tried highlighting 3 stars for quality of men and a big huge 1 overall! 2 weeks since signing up. $191 for 6 months, its a lump sum fee, they dont do monthly. 31 guys emailed me, 71 have searched my profile, 149 have been matched to me by the site. None of them are my match. Like seriously... none. Though you check mark your preference you will get a wild card of matches no matter what. I have had 2 dates outside of the site?! One guy I met at the grocery store, the other while at the mall. Go figure. Not one affiliated with the site. Now I noticed the same round of random pictures popping up in the matches. Something shady about this. I am an Executive. There's nothing elite about this site. EHarmoney is said to be better. Stay tuned, I will give another update on Elite Singles in a few weeks.

To date, the majority of the contacts are fake profiles. It is plainly clear to run an image search on the photos of the men contacting to confirm these people are scammers.

Elite is not concerned about the legitimacy of its clientele.

Unfortunately I didn't look close enough before I bought into a 3 month premium subscription. What I joke... a really bad joke, of a dating site.
1st of all you have to pay through a 3rd party, pay pal... right there you're screwed. I tried to cancel my subscription in less than 24 hours.

My reason it's absolutely ridiculous. You can't do anything beyond give what they taught sad you most of it gentleman aren't even in my the sanity that I would consider and even if they are not a one of them is attractive to me in anyway. Who wants to start the new years with regrets while it doesn't matter what time of the year don't subscribe you will be so disappointed. If there was a rating beliw ZERO, I'd give them that.
After 39 minutes on hold... And because I can't hold with in they 72 hour., I was issued a full refund.
