App is slow - quality of people is beyond brutal. They would not refund my money after 3 days of using this disfunctional app.

Save your money!

The platform is inferior and feels very dated. On the app, the photos are cropped so you cannot see faces. There is no method for sorting, deleting matches. When you click on likes, the profile photo has no functionality so it's impossible to see who liked you without looking that person up on the list of matches. Overall, a very frustrating experience - i do not have the patience to deal with it. I called the customer support number to try to get a refund and was on hold for 40 minutes. Finally gave up - wasted $200+.

I had signed up for the website #EliteSingles, answered all 20 and more questions, uploaded the pictures, paid my subscription fees by my card, and my profile was set up. As it was weekend, I already started the conversations with other members that had been linked to my profile. As I am from Latvia, it was interesting to tell people about my country and the best places to visit. To my shock my profile was deleted after 24 hours by the #EliteSingles without any warnings or notice, just abruptly got the message saying that IP address does not match the country Latvia. I contacted the website immediately with my contact details, proving that I am real person who paid by the card issued by the Latvian bank.
The answer was unexpected- #EliteSingles stated - Unfortunately, EliteSingles.com is not supported in the country where you reside. Sorry about that. If, however, you relocate let us know and we'll get you set up!
#EliteSingles showed unprofessional approach, because website has not stated that fact, did not prevented me from the setting up my profile. It was very damaging to other members because they already started conversations, and were waiting for my reply. No other members knew that #EliteSingles had deleted forcibly my profile, for #EliteSingles trusting members it comes as another blow towards their self esteem and they will gradually loose trust to contact other members. If I would be member who already had a good conversation and was looking forward replies but the other part disappeared without explanation, I would be very reluctant to make another contact. #EliteSingles meant to make the communication much easier instead it causes the psychological damage to the people who expressed interest in establishing the friendship with somebody who later just disappears. In most cases it might be seen as rejection, bringing more disappointing in the all communication process.

I strongly suggest #EliteSingles makes clear and visible announcement and notification on their website that lets say some non famous countries like Latvia is excluded from elite list, obviously they think that there are no any professional people in Latvia, just uneducated individuals.

I mostly wrote this review about the situation, to prevent the confusion about mysteriously disappearing profiles from #EliteSingles. At least in that way I can help people not feeling to be emotionally befriended and rejected. Maybe some of my other contacts will read that and will know the truth, and if I can help in that way at least someone, it is worth my efforts, and I do not think that I am not the first and definitely not the last one.

I tried Match and Eharmony with pretty good success (apx 5% scammer experience) in meeting compatible and quality people. I thought I try EliteSingles thinking/hoping it might be better than Match or Eharmony for meeting more educated and professionally established partner like me. Instead, in the first 3 weeks, 80%+ of the contacts were scammers (2 in one night). I got so tired of reporting them that I just cancelled the service. Even the seeming real person matches I got were NOT compatible matches in terms of professional status or education. And they make the cancellation process so confusing and deleting your profile even more difficult. So I had to delete all my pictures and tried to edit the profile to note that I'm leaving the site overtaken by scammers. But the site is just keeping my edited profile in review instead of publishing. Terrible site. Stay far far away.

Too many people contacted me that live hours or states away despite the 30 mile radius I set. Their customer service is poor. No one called or emailed back when I expressed my concerns. They'll take your money up front fro 3 months with no refunds possible, even after you are given a poor quality service. Don't do it!

This company is nothing more than a common criminal taking your money. The site/app quality is $#*! and the service is ten times worse - if you can manage to get a hold of anyone.

Save your money. Go out and meet people in real time.

I've been trying to cancel my account and it won't take my password, trying to reset it and it tells me it's incorrect. The call center is supposedly temporaily closed down. I have a new debit card and credit card number so I'm sure
they won't be will be able to charge my account.

Don't bother wasting your money on this site, you are better off looking for potential matches on popular sites like Hinge, Bumble, etc. I made the mistake of trying something different due to my age but that was a big mistake and a waste of over $100. There are very, very few 'elite' singles. I have a graduate degree and asked for individuals with a similar education but that didn't happen and still doesn't. I am trying to be careful here and not be condescending to other people and their background. It's not what I am looking for and am not happy with wasting money on a site that definitely has false advertising.

This site is a joke! Of course they offer a "Free" profile, but once you fill out their "personality test" and answer their questions to fill out your profile, YOU CAN'T SEE YOUR MATCHES! They blur out the pictures until you pay for their premium subscription. I was told you had 3 days after you paid to cancel your subscription as long as you had not emailed anyone. So, I gave it a try. Here's my experience. Most of the women within 100 miles of me only posted 1 picture and filled out only 1-3 questions. I had two email and 4 smiles within the first 48 hours of signing up. Oddly enough, 3 of the profiles were no longer active by the time I subscribed. Seems a lot of these dating sites have bots or fake profiles that send new profiles fake likes, smiles and messages to entice them to pay for the subscription. EliteSingles has been the worst pay site I've experience for being able to search of matches. They only send you a group of matches daily. Plus a "have you seen" that seemed to have nothing to do with the search options I selected. For the cost, limited matches, horrible matching options, I would avoid eliteSingles and go with one of the other bigger, well known sites.

Also, their customer service was almost impossible to find to ask questions. I had to do a Google search and finally found a way to email them. They were helpful and answered questions quickly once I found a way to contract them.

Horrible app and website. Cannot get in touch with anyone for a refund. They sent me a survey link upon cancellation and it said survey not available or link may have expired. Steer clear of this app/website!

Difficult. Difficult to navigate, find help, and Especially service. I did cancel and they turned around and threatened me with Collections for lack of payment.

And disappointed. I was 49 when I joined and they shared my profile with their other company Silver Silvers. Or something! So constantly got hit up by 60 year old, retired men from out of state. So disrespectful and annoying.

This company is making a ton of money and exploiting retired men. Disgusting..

I wish that I had done more research before I spent $250 on a 6-month membership. This is the lamest dating site I've ever used. I feel like a fool for throwing my money away. There is nothing "elite" about this site except that you have to have a few hundred dollars to flush down the toilet.

One thing I really don't like about this site is its limitations, and by that I mean the tightly limited answers to the personality test. Because of the lack of available answers, I believe that I ended up looking like something I'm not and they matched me with people who aren't to my liking. It's ridiculous. When I went to cancel my subscription, the system asks why and again, offers few options. To my mind, this site is a bull$#*! scam that takes the money and runs. Don't do it!

This site is a joke. Most accounts are fake, and the few actual humans are the last people on Earth you want to date. My advice is work out, buy good clothes, eat healthy, and start being social. The best women I've ever met are coworkers and friends of friends. Online dating is a scam.

You have to pay a membership and then that is the end of the relationship with this dating site. They allow men to post without photos so you who have paid to join have to ask for the photo which in most cases is a waste of time. What am I paying this site for when I have to do all of the work.

Of course they send you people from all over even though that is not what you are looking for. This site is a waste of time and money.

Scammers abound. Most profiles have ONE pic. Most matches are far away. Its too expensive and a waste of money. No way to see who has been active and when. I know of one person personally who has not been active for over a year yet she showed up in my suggestions. WHY WASTE MY AND OTHERS $$ WITH NON ACTIVE PEOPLE?!

I live in NYC and would have thought opportunities to meet nice men would have been abundant. That hasn't been the case. What I have been matched with or discovered were numerous fake profiles, contact from others on the other side of the country, and generally a lot of no responses from those I reached out to. I assume this is due to one of two reasons. I wasn't perceived as a match to those I attempted to contact, or they were no longer an active member. The cost of this site is very prohibitive and honestly a total waste of money. I'd have better luck standing on a corner or bumping into someone at the market. Try if you like as this is just my experience. Who knows... maybe I'm a monster and just don't want to accept it.
