Excellent service, great prices, and delivery was on time.

Overall experience was great. Jeff was great to deal with. Only two issues are that I paid for inside delivery and when the appliances came, it was only curbside delivery so I had to take the afternoon off work and bring the appliances into my house by myself which was a big task. I have reached out and asked for a credit for the extra cost for interior delivery but have not heard back yet.
Also, the refrigerator had a dent in the door and I have reached out for a replacement door and also have yet to hear back.
Jeremy our 'salesman' was responsive and used great initiative to complete our purchase... so much so that we came back and purchased again!
Everything was properly and competitively handled by Mr Michael Goldberg, and delivered and installed by Mr Johnny Jones. Their respective work was exceptional, and appreciated by me. Thank you both, we'll do it again! John K Condon

Jeremy provided excellent service, answering all of my questions and offering alternative selections for the appliance that I needed.
Eddie (sales rep) was very helpful and efficient. Was a pleasant experience to purchase our new washing machine. Then we decided to purchase the matching dryer. Was expensive,but Eddie worked with us on getting washer, dryer and 2 lower drawer units. They are beautiful appliances and work wonderfully.
The customer service representative was very helpful, my only complaint is that it took you so long from the time i placed my order for you all to actually ship the order.

Very satisfied with purchase of vicking 45 inch stovetop with 6 burners. I've never liked glass top burners, but i love this one. Very easy to clean & cooks really fast, takes some getting use too.Has option of 3 setting for burner elements. Delivery came on time, actually 3 days earlier than what was excepted. I highly recommend this stovetop if you do a lot of cooking like I do. Thanks

When we purchased one told us dishwasher was back ordered and would not come for 6/8 weeks. Salesman sold us a refrigerator that was too large even though we gave exact measurements. We had to trade out refrigerator. We were not aware the appliances would have to be delivered and installed by an outside individual at a cost of over $500. Really most only needed a plug in no true installation.
It was great,a nice cooler at a great price.
