I have a 1992 Mercedes Benz 500SL that is almost completely restored. Not sure exactly what all the hate is about. I emailed them before purchasing my shocks and they were able to answer all my questions. Once the order was placed I started reading the reviews and kinda freaked myself out. But they shipped quick and the parts look great and arrived un damaged.
I placed order for two jugs of 5-liter transmission fluid for $48 each. The next day they emailed me and said my order was out of stock so they had to cancel my order. The very next day after the email they bumped up the price on their website with the same ATF in 5-liter jugs for $69 each. So as smart as you are, you know what really was going on with this seller eEuroParts.com

Bought a part from them the car started shaking called them they told me to purchase replacing part and return the old one, went to there website for returning label its not created ……. Awful to deal with ……
First of all they have expensive and long shipping rates. My first order had happy ending, but the second one nullified any desire to deal with them again, mainly` i ordered 8 quarts of MB 5w40 Engine oil and received 8 quarts of ''Rowe'' transmission fluid!; from which 2 bottles had bad cap and some of the fluid spilled all over the box... guess i have to change a transmission oil ;)
I had a hard time figuring out what mats fit my car on their website. I put my make, model, year in and it returned a set floor mats that was for a different body and year by it had red letters saying they didn't match. I did this several times in different ways. Finally it returned a list of mats and browsing I fount ones for my car. It claims that they are OEM mats but, while they fit, they don't exactly match. The clips holding them in place don't match and seem useless. I got them in my car. They are okay and better than the old worn ones but I was expecting better. I am not returning them but I'm going to keep looking for the real ones.
We understand your frustration William. BMW changed their floormat supplier about 7 years ago. Many of the models over 10 years old are not exact duplicates of the production parts. Good quality and fit but, not exactly the same as the old ones. Unless you find NOS production that is about as good as it gets. Sorry if you were disappointed.
I ordered brakes. The wrong ones were sent,even after giving them my vin number they insisted they were correct. I had to prove that they sent me the wrong ones, and then had to pay for the correct set and wait for a refund for the wrong set That was sent instead of them doing an exchange.
We are sorry that there was an issue with the order. Your year and model vehicle come with more than one brake option and the site has no way of decoding that by VIN. We were very happy that we were able to set up a return and get you the correct parts. Our apologies for any inconvenience.
The product was delivered and all looked well as described, but one coil, and spark plug was faulty out of the six. So cylinder 6 was misfiring and now it's cylinder 2. So I out in one of the previous old ones to get me up and running again.
After changing the oil the oil light would come on when I wasat idle. Which wasn't a problem before I'm not leaking oil anywhere. I use the right oil viscosity so that means either the oil filter part sent is wrong or it's damaged somehow...
The filter was correct but I never got the washer for the drain plug as ordered
I will be placing an order by March 01 2025. Please include drain plug washer.

While shopping is easy, the last purchase product is not authentic.
I purchased a cv axle for my Volvo and had it installed, now at 60 mph and over it vibrates which tells me the axle is a rebuilt not new, I didn't want a rebuilt but the ordering process didn't specify. My old axle rubber boot was badly torn and that was the only reason I had to replace the axle since there are no shops nearby that can replace the rubber boot. It's costly labour to install and would be costly to repeat the process. I'm so screwed.
2004 with only 90k on the clock, and because eEuro has all the service items this vehicle needs it feels like a 5 year old car even after 20 years. This company always delivers promptly and quality. I get to stay in a Saab as long as possible.
