SAAB 9-3 Gas Cap
March 27, 2025

While the gas cap I ordered does fit, it uses a different retention strap that is shorter and pops right off when you tighten the cap. Had to just leave the strap off, and now I have a loose gas cap to hold the whole time I am pumping gas. Additionally, the economy shipping was really slow. 12 days. Original delivery date for my March 5 order was March 10 according to USPS tracking. Actually arrived on March 17. I assume it was lost in the USPS system somewhere.

2005 BMW floor mats

I had a hard time figuring out what mats fit my car on their website. I put my make, model, year in and it returned a set floor mats that was for a different body and year by it had red letters saying they didn't match. I did this several times in different ways. Finally it returned a list of mats and browsing I fount ones for my car. It claims that they are OEM mats but, while they fit, they don't exactly match. The clips holding them in place don't match and seem useless. I got them in my car. They are okay and better than the old worn ones but I was expecting better. I am not returning them but I'm going to keep looking for the real ones.

We understand your frustration William. BMW changed their floormat supplier about 7 years ago. Many of the models over 10 years old are not exact duplicates of the production parts. Good quality and fit but, not exactly the same as the old ones. Unless you find NOS production that is about as good as it gets. Sorry if you were disappointed.

Very disatisfied.

Customer service provided by the eEuroparts was extremely poor and I will think twice to utilize eEuroparts in the future needs.eEuroparts failed to meet the customer's expectations. Order was cancelled by me (i.e. Customer) and still waiting for the refund to be processed / credited back to the credit card as agreed upon via chat agent/email messages.

Almost a 5 Star

The product was delivered and all looked well as described, but one coil, and spark plug was faulty out of the six. So cylinder 6 was misfiring and now it's cylinder 2. So I out in one of the previous old ones to get me up and running again.

Always a good experience with Eeuroparts

Every time I purchase from Eeuroparts is a good experience. They have options on almost every part from Original Saab or Original Volvo and they have aftermarket options with good prices. Shipping is timely. I recommend Eeuroparts as a source for your European automotive needs.

I would not buy any parts from these company. They dont take back when they used parts. You have to pay return shipping as well. I dont think any company will do that. I would suggest NOT TO BUY from these eEuroparts company.

Missing Parts Properly Rectifird

I ordered front koder control arm. Assemblages for my 2007 SAAB 9-5 Aero. The control arms arrived without their bushingd. Instead of returning the order, i asked for and received the missing bushings.
