Total customer rip off

A few days back I had to book a ticket to UK from Germany but it proved to be nightmare for me. Absolute customer rip off. I booked a ticket and paid the amount straight away but two weeks after edreams again took £89.99 from my account without informing me of any such charges. Phoned customer service thrice and they told me that they took that money for membership which I didn't even opt for. After heated conversation they assured me a refund of £45 which still I didn't receive but for the other £45 they shamelessly denied returning. What a scam.

I dont think i got the disscount it is a marketing fraud, i checked the airlines ticket price and it is the same as the prime 'discounted' price..

Bad business practice.

Updated review

2nd review about same booking. Baggage allowance during booking process was misleading. I was contacted by Prime Customer Care after last review. I had two emails from them saying they'd added the disputed carry-on to my booking and if I get charged at check-in, they'll reimburse me. Super service (I even emailed to thank them!) BUT a few days later an email from a different agent said carry-on isn't on my booking and I should contact the airline to add it and will not be paid back. I followed this with a phone call. This agent said the same and wouldn't even acknowledge the original email saying it had been added.
"Customer Care" needs to get their act together and not contradict each other. Really bad business practice.

Misleading.

Booked a flight showing hand luggage only. Confirmation showed personal item only ie: a handbag or small laptop only. Would like to have cancelled the whole thing but was told its non refundable. Now have to pay extra for a carry-on. If it was clearer I'd have bought a better ticket to include everything.

Fake prices

I recently purchased 4 tickets that were shown as costing €70 each. However, when the payment was processed, a total of €345 was taken from my card instead of the expected €280. Could you please explain why this discrepancy occurred and assist me in resolving this issue?

AVOIT AT ALL COST! THEY CHARGE PEOPLE WHO DON'T EVEN USE THEM OR HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM, AND THEY REFUSE TO REFUND THE MONEY. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL, THEY ARE LIKE ROBOTS WHO KEEP REPEATING "WE DON'T ISSUE REFUNDS BUT YOU CAN USE A VOUCHER FOR THE AMOUNT WE HAVE STOLEN FROM YOUR CARD". AND THEN USE THE VOUCHER TO BUY STUFF FROM OUR SITE.
DIDN'T YOU UNDERSTAND THAT I AM NOT USING YOUR SITE AND HAVE NO INTENTION OF USING IT FOR ANYTHING?
90EUR TAKEN OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT A NOTICE AND IT'S A TOTAL SCAM. THIS IS NOT AUTHORIZED AND I WILL PURSUE LEGAL ACTION.
