I stumbled on this in my search for a flight to USA and found multiple options here. I will provide a more elaborate feedback after the trip.
I always used eDreams in the past but flights stopped until recently between Malta and Southend airport.

Where is my ticket as pdf!? I couldn't download it! How should I get a visa without a ticket pdf download? That's a miserable service!
Easy to find flight and a good price too. Good pages to go through which made everything pretty clear.
Found it quite easy but the date details how you have to go right back through the years found that quite annoying to be honest

I have used eDreams for the longest time and each time their services have been second to none. Even when I had to cancel they refunded me well in time. They offer a reliable travel booking service.
I booked my flight just a few hours before the departure, and I immediately received all the necessary information and the boarding pass within 10 minutes. I chose the automatic check-in and the support via text message, which was very helpful. The flight was enjoyable and the crew was very attentive.
I booked my flight on the eDreams website together with a travel insurance but my final booking details did not include the insurance. The choice I was confronted with is to cancel the booking which would have resulted in me losing the total booking payment.

Cheap flight very easy go book.Happy me! We needed to book an earlier flight home and found these online at the cheapest price!

As I expected I have used e dreams before although I was unable to travel on that occasion as my husband was rushed into hospital the service was fine
I booked a flight from NYC to Dublin for June and found the process very easy and efficient. I like the eDreams app.

A few days back I had to book a ticket to UK from Germany but it proved to be nightmare for me. Absolute customer rip off. I booked a ticket and paid the amount straight away but two weeks after edreams again took £89.99 from my account without informing me of any such charges. Phoned customer service thrice and they told me that they took that money for membership which I didn't even opt for. After heated conversation they assured me a refund of £45 which still I didn't receive but for the other £45 they shamelessly denied returning. What a scam.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
