I am not very IT savvy and I had 3 goes to get a ticket basic ticket. The system kept asking the same questions and the answers required additional payments. In the end I only paid a few extra € on the advertised price.

Air Asia Flights were the worst Flights

Seats on Air Asia were very narrow. Despite upgrade, it's not worth it.
Seats were hard, old and uncomfortable. I have neckache after the flight

Too many steps

There were a lot of steps to make a booking done. In my opinion it would be more useful if we could book in a fewer steps and in furthur post-bookings do the rest.

Rented a car for Panama thru eDreams only to get to the counter with all the proper documentation in hand and no car reservation...now eDreams is telling me "no refund" because I was a no show! Feels like a wee bit of a scam too me...Anyone else have this experience?
