This is my first time to buy air ticket via edreams app...its look very easy for me,im very happy.i hope in future when visit sosomewhere i go with edreams.

It was easy to use and the flight was confirmed quickly. The only problem that I am facing at the moment is that I cannot register my flights with the app of the airline company I am flying with. I might be to do it later.
Booked pretty quickly but ended up getting my outbound date wrong so had to change it. I noticed almost immediately but had to change it via the airline website….a very costly mistake! Not sure what the benefits of eDreams is if any changes etc can only be done via the airline?
I booked my travel and after confirmation of book, the booking failed and asked me to re-book. They offered a discount code for my troubles. I re-booked the same flights and the price changed and the discount code didn't work. The second time I booked it, it did work but not happy about the experience or the additional cost.
It was easy to pick times and pay there were so many flights to chose from. The price was very good as well
Reservation was good, but I could not easily find a way to purchase luggage, as luggage is not included in the ticket price
I purchased a flight ticket with reservation code a trail Prime membership. However, the code does not work, preventing me from modifying my flight. Additionally, I am unable to cancel my PRIME subscription, the customer service phone number is not working, and the virtual assistant does not provide a solution.
I request:
1. A resolution for the issue with my reservation code.
2. The cancellation of my PRIME subscription.

I saved 50 euros by freezing the price in time. Also in this way I was able to book a direct flight for a good price. I really recommend to add the possibility to change dates.

The booking went well for Barcelona, but when I was trying to Alicante, your website did not have the Ryan flight so I booked in Ryan airways directly
It was fairly easy to book our flight from Dubrovnik to Athens but were surprised about the high baggage fee of $ 75 for each of our suitcases.

So far so good but am a senior citizen and need to send my ticket to my daughter to be printed. Need it a week before leaving. Please try to send it to me earlier than you stated after I paid for the ticket.
I booked a Saigon–Taipei flight (29/12/2024 – 2/1/2025) through eDreams for 410 CHF, but on my return, China Airlines refused check-in, citing an incorrect ticket sequence issued by eDreams. They instructed me to contact eDreams for resolution.
After multiple failed attempts to reach eDreams, I had no choice but to purchase new tickets for around 310 CHF at the airport, as requested by China Airlines staff. This resulted in a total cost of 720 CHF for the trip.
I provided eDreams with all the documents from China Airlines showing the wrong ticket sequence, discrepancies, and the airline's explanation of the error. Despite this, eDreams insisted the ticket was correct, shifted blame to China Airlines, refused to refund the cost, and asked me to contact China Airlines directly.
As the booking agent, eDreams is contractually obligated to ensure ticket validity and resolve issues. How can they refuse to take responsibility and redirect me to China Airlines? This constitutes a failure to fulfill their contractual and consumer protection obligations, potentially violating Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights) and Directive 2005/29/EC (Unfair Commercial Practices).
What if I didn't have the money to buy new tickets? I would have been stranded at the airport with no way home, facing eDreams' negligence. Their conduct raises serious concerns about consumer rights violations. Think twice before booking with them!
I do not understand how come i bought two tickets for both my daughter and me but what i dont like is not checked baggage.
How come both tickets returning we do not have not even one piece checked baggage.
Pls explain and clarify.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
