The company has garnered a mixed reputation, with notable strengths in the ease of ordering and timely delivery of floral arrangements, often praised for their quality and customer service responsiveness. However, significant concerns arise regarding unauthorized obituaries, which many customers find unethical and misleading, leading to confusion among grieving families. Overall, while some customers appreciate the service, the company's practices surrounding obituaries and inconsistent product fulfillment have led to widespread dissatisfaction.

Flowers were just thrown together to one side placed in a ugly Basket I ordered Flowers in a Beautiful blue vase I was so disappointed
Order never fulfilled. I guess you were trying to get away with it.
The service was easy and convenient. Happy with service
I've used this site a few times in the last few months to send condolences with plants and it all went off without a hitch. This site is very easy to use and so convenient. You can count on them for delivery when you can't be there. I will definitely use them for any future orders or endeavors.
Thank you for the beautiful flowers that you provided in loving memory of our dear friend and long time colleague. The process was so simple at a time we needed it to be!
Great service, notified me when the address couldn't be found and delivered to and worked with me to find a different place to deliver
Very good service. Beautiful choice of floral arrangements
So easy to order! Definitely recommend. Click a few buttons and fairly inexpensive
Very professional. Prompt attention to an unavailability issue.
The flowers were beautiful but there was no enclosed card sent with them even though I word some heart-felt words from the family.
I ordered flowers from the banner on the mortuary website for my grandfather. I was unable to attend his service. I ordered these flowers 6 days before his service. I requested that the bouquet be delivered to my sister's house 2 days before the service -- to ensure they would be taken to the service appropriately as I am located out of state. When she informed me that the flowers were NOT delivered per my instructions, I contacted the mortuary who stated they had no order for me. He contacted a florist friend who also stated they had no order. The florist asked me to text him a picture of the order number and an image of what I ordered, he stated he would make sure the bouquet was delivered to the mortuary prior to the hearse leaving for the service. I received a picture of a bouquet at the service and that it was provided to me at no charge. (Even though I paid online.) Then, family members were unsure which bouquet I sent and I shared that there should have been a card included in my bouquet. They could not find one. Later Monday, Sept 18th, my sister tells me she received a bouquet at her house -- several hours AFTER the service. Summary: the flowers I ordered from YOU (apparently -- because I don't know who is responsible for what) showed up and NEVER made it to the service. Some random guy who happens to own flower shops sent over a bouquet because he knows the guy at the mortuary. The mortuary shouldn't have a banner on a memorial page for a florist who is unable to meet those requests. I requested a full refund and received it.
While convent, the flowers weren't that great. The flowers were delivered late Saturday afternoon and were already losing petals by the 6 pm service.
I ordered flowers for close friends who's father passed away. I could not attend and sent the gesture instead. The flowers were never delivered.
Your company made it so easy to share our love and thoughts from across many miles and states. Thank you
Appreciate the detail regarding arrangement pieces and sizing.
Delivery worked out. No hiccups that I am aware of.
The process worked and I was completely satisfied.
It was one less thing to have to worry about … did a great job to ensure florals were there on time
Answer: Candles, messages, and memories left on Echovita only appear on the obituary page you left it on Echovita. They do not simultaneously appear on the funeral home's website. No where on Echovita does it say candles, messages, or memories left on our website appear on the funeral home's website. You'd have to visit the funeral home's website yourself and leave whatever you'd like there. Thank you. In the future, you may contact us directly via our contact us section.
Answer: The eternity candle you purchased is a virtual candle that remains lit on the obituary page on our website. The family is not directly notified, but your message and candle are posted publicly on the obituary page, so anyone who visits the page will be able to see it.

Hi Russell Y.,
Your order was fully refunded on September 20th, so no, we were not trying to get away with anything. Thank you.
