I would have loved to have a comment box to add a comment about a ribbon.

The flowers were not there at the time of the visitation - i was happy that the funeral home was able to contact someone to have flowers arrive from the family.

Uncertain of delivery time
November 12, 2023

Ordered flowers to be delivered to location of calling hours immediately followed by the funeral service in church. Service began at 9:30, and concluded at 12 noon. I received a delivery confirmation notification at 4:37 PM. Not sure it arrived on time. Very troubled by this.

Echovita attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

There should be a time of delivery indicated within the email you received. Delivery confirmation emails can be received up to 24 hours after the delivery was made, so going by the time you received the email wouldn't be correct. Good service and reliable

I had requested the flowers be delivered on Sunday, prior to the Wednesday service. They were delivered on Wednesday morning. But I think that it all worked out all right.

I ordered flowers for a funeral on Saturday. I received an email saying what I ordered wasn't available. They asked if they could substitute. I agreed. When I arrived at the funeral home there were not any flowers. I was very disappointed and upset.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to a memorial service with my condolences. I placed by order at noon the day before the service. The site said it would be delivered on time no problem. I did not receive until the next day that they could not deliver by the time and would either cancel the order or send to a different address.

Nice Candle Snuffer

It was quick and easy. I purchased the candle through Amazon and received it in two days. I used it last night and snuffs the candle out right away. It's about 5" and black. Well made and just the right size. Would recommend.

The arrangement I ordered arrived on time and was beautiful, the picture on-line that I ordered from didn't do it justice. It was also very easy to place the order. I would definitely use this service again. The flowers were truly outstanding.
