Ordered flowers to be delivered to location of calling hours immediately followed by the funeral service in church. Service began at 9:30, and concluded at 12 noon. I received a delivery confirmation notification at 4:37 PM. Not sure it arrived on time. Very troubled by this.

I had requested the flowers be delivered on Sunday, prior to the Wednesday service. They were delivered on Wednesday morning. But I think that it all worked out all right.

I ordered flowers for a funeral on Saturday. I received an email saying what I ordered wasn't available. They asked if they could substitute. I agreed. When I arrived at the funeral home there were not any flowers. I was very disappointed and upset.

It was quick and easy. I purchased the candle through Amazon and received it in two days. I used it last night and snuffs the candle out right away. It's about 5" and black. Well made and just the right size. Would recommend.

No where on Echovita does it say candles, messages, or memories left on our website appear on the funeral home's website.
