I used the option to have Echovita deliver a flower selection to funeral services for a former classmate, but got a message they could not deliver to the zip code given. I tried an nearby alternative zip code to get flowers delivered so I could have them taken to the funeral, but was told the only alternative was a refund that I have received. The funeral home managed to find a flower service locally that would deliver and I used that instead. Sadly, Echovita is evidently not a widespread provider and I made a mistake trying to make arrangements with them.

I was really concerned about placing my order so late, due to bad timing on my part, plus being the first time using this company. However, Echovita had delivered my order the next day, less than 24hrs from the time of purchase! It was really easy to order. The arrangement also looked like the picture. I was happy with it.
Filling out the order online was easy. However, names of senders were omitted from message.
The receipt showed the message and "The Names To Appear on Card" correctly.
However, those names DID NOT appear on the card. Therefore the recipient had no idea who the flowers were from. The recipient/funeral home needed to contact sender for information. Totally uncalled for, especially for a funeral.

It would have been helpful if there were an option for adding a few more flowers to make it fuller, especially since the height was disappointing with the drooped- over snapdragons compared to how tall, full pink double snapdragons would have appeared.

No where on Echovita does it say candles, messages, or memories left on our website appear on the funeral home's website. We're sorry for the experience you had. I checked the email address on file for this order and you never contacted us directly, so you probably spoke to our floral partner Blooms Today. When flowers are not delivered or delivered late, it is the fault of the local florist assigned to prepare and deliver the order. It is the local florist who is on the front end, as they are the ones who receive the order at their shop, they prepare the arrangement, and they have their own driver who is to deliver the arrangement by the time of delivery provided to them by the customer. If the local florist comes across an issue hindering them from delivering the order on time, they are supposed to inform Blooms Today, who then informs the customer. If the issue is a last minute issue, then nothing can be done in that case, however, if it is an issue that is found more than 24 hours in advance of the date and time of delivery, Blooms Today will attempt to find another local florist in the area able to take the order before contacting the customer.
