I ordered an arrangement for an out-of-town funeral. It was easy to order on-line.
It was very simple to order and the order was delivered in time for the visitation and service.
I had a delivery date set for the Friday before the service. I got a notification less than 2 hours on the Saturday of the service that delivery was not possible. There were no florists available and no way to make it happen. It was super disappointing as I thought the flowers were delivered the Friday before.
Was painless and fast. Just what is needed in a time of sorrow.
My friend loved this arrangement for her sister's memorial. There were many purple flowers which was her sister's favorite color! Very pleased

They were delivered the same day. I was disappointed they were not as full as the photo on order. The real bouquet was skimpy considering it was a total of $82.00. Exactly why I don't like sending flowers. You don't know what you'll get.
It was very disappointing to see that the item pictured was not the one sent. I received the least expensive tiny planter. Probably only 5 or 6 inch round basket, not the larger oval one as puctured, and I do not believe there were any flowers included, as i expected to be. This experience will cause me to take pause in using this service on the future.

I'd be happy to explain what happened with your order. Echovita is an obituary website which is partnered with Blooms Today. Blooms Today works with local florists throughout both Canada and The United States, however, they do not work with every local florist in existence. There is something called a competition law, which was put in place by the government to make sure there is room for new companies, innovation, and consumer choice. Blooms Today did not "claim" they reached out to all florists in the area, they DID reach out to all their partnered local florists in the area and none were available to fulfill your order, which was to be delivered the following morning. You happened to contact a local florist who was not under the umbrella of Blooms Today. Thank you.

We recently experienced a death in our family. As a Stage Four cancer patient I was not strong enough to attend the funeral. Also a number of our family were out of the country. The ease of sending flowers directly to the funeral was a blessing for all of us. The flowers (by picture) were lovely.

Sometimes your order confirmation and/or delivery confirmation can be received in your spam. Also, there is no photo of delivery. Local florists do not offer that option and no where on our website does it say there will be a photo. Thank you.
