Funeral bouquet

We were very disappointed in flower bouquet It was nothing like the picture i ordered from. For $90 I expected to get the arrangement i saw I will return to using my usual local florist in the future

Very disappointed

I ordered flowers from this company by clicking on a link from the obituary for a family friend. I (erroneously) thought it was a link to a local florist. In addition to paying a large amount of money for a very small, disappointing arrangement, I was charged an international fee, as this company is out of country.

Flowers ordered on Echovita are processed by our partner, Blooms Today. Blooms Today works with local florists throughout both The United States and Canada. Blooms Today assigns each order to a local florist within the delivery area, so it is a local florist who fulfills your order. Second, we state under the "Place my order" button that some U.S. residents may be charged a foreign transaction fee by their credit card company according to their terms and agreement because Echovita is a Canadian company, however, we serve both Canada and The United States. Easy Order from start to checkout

Quick and easy. The Paypal option was great.
Prices were reasonable. I like that suggestions were offered on which plant was appropriate for my relationship to the deceased. I was given a delivery date that reassured me that my plant would arrive on time.

Eternity candle being automatically added to the order

I got charged for an eternity candle that I did not order. Echovita quickly responded after receiving my review and I received a refund. Echovita started that I could have removed the eternity candle from my order. This may have been the case; however, I was not expecting to remove an item that I did not select. This is a deceitful practice and should be discontinued.
