I did not like the subtle upcharge I almost paid for a candle? Caught it before confirming. And never saw the flowers that I ordered and I attended the service. I called for confirmation of the order and they just said yeah we delivered them but there should be some confirmation because it's tacky to ask the loved ones of someone who just passed if they got your flowers and I paid over $100 for the order so yeah just not impressed with the process.

I was disappointed with the small size of the arrangement given the high price. The online picture of the arrangement I chose showed what seemed to be a good-sized vase full of flowers. In real life, it was not.

The delivery was on time. But I had to get a substitution. Because they didn't have the original one I chose. It would be nice if they would have sent a picture of the flowers. Once they were delivered. But I'm just thankful they made it on time for the service.
This was an easy experience considering I ordered from the US to a funeral home in Canada. My only lament would be the total cost being so high. Eventually, people are going to stop sending flowers altogether for these events because it's just too darn expensive for flowers that die within a few days.
There were two viewing sessions and when I got there for the first one the flowers weren't there. I asked the funeral home to check delivery. The florist told them the flowers were delivered at 1:30 PM. As we were discussing the situation about 4 PM a man entered the FH with the plant. I chose the most expensive size and was very disappointed. It certainly didn't look like $125.00 value. I thought I was dealing with a company affiliated with the funeral home but was not. Lesson learned!
