Never saw the flowers

I did not like the subtle upcharge I almost paid for a candle? Caught it before confirming. And never saw the flowers that I ordered and I attended the service. I called for confirmation of the order and they just said yeah we delivered them but there should be some confirmation because it's tacky to ask the loved ones of someone who just passed if they got your flowers and I paid over $100 for the order so yeah just not impressed with the process.

Disappointed.

I was disappointed with the small size of the arrangement given the high price. The online picture of the arrangement I chose showed what seemed to be a good-sized vase full of flowers. In real life, it was not.

Echovita attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Lack of intel

I ordered a flower arrangment for a memorial service 250 miles away. I wasn't there; I have no idea what the product looked like. I might have been satisfied or I might not have been--I'll never know.

Not happy at all.

Interesting that adv claims free delivery, however a charge for weekend/care handling...really?
Next I received an email or message saying flowers could not be delivered until the funeral service.
Not satisfactory. I cancelled my order.

The cost of delivery is included in the displayed price, however, local florists charge a care handling fee, and weekend delivery fees, so if you select for the order to be delivered on the weekend, we must add the fee as well. Thank you.

Flowers for funeral

The delivery was on time. But I had to get a substitution. Because they didn't have the original one I chose. It would be nice if they would have sent a picture of the flowers. Once they were delivered. But I'm just thankful they made it on time for the service.

Flowers Arrived Timely and Were Beautiful
June 30, 2023

This was an easy experience considering I ordered from the US to a funeral home in Canada. My only lament would be the total cost being so high. Eventually, people are going to stop sending flowers altogether for these events because it's just too darn expensive for flowers that die within a few days.

Disappointed
April 11, 2025

There were two viewing sessions and when I got there for the first one the flowers weren't there. I asked the funeral home to check delivery. The florist told them the flowers were delivered at 1:30 PM. As we were discussing the situation about 4 PM a man entered the FH with the plant. I chose the most expensive size and was very disappointed. It certainly didn't look like $125.00 value. I thought I was dealing with a company affiliated with the funeral home but was not. Lesson learned!

Horrible Service

Needed to send flowers to a dear friend's father's funeral. The team called me hours before the event to say that they could not make it. I had ordered over 500 in flowers. Worst experience ever.

The funeral spray that I ordered was absolutely beautiful. The customer service was outstanding! I had to call twice when changes were made to the date and the location of the service. The flowers arrived on time for the rescheduled date and location.

I wanted my best friends, father to have beautiful flowers for his funeral. What looked absolutely beautiful and amazing and the picture turned out to be very puny and not so pretty. I was highly disappointed, especially for the price.
